Can never go wrong with these measuring cups
I regretfully cheated on my beloved Pyrex liquid measuring cup because times are tough, and money is tight. I had lost my original set during a move and desperately needed a liquid measuring cup. I went to the local Dollar Store and picked one up for a buck and some change. Within no time at all the print to show the measurements had worn off, this has never happened with my Pyrex. I pushed ahead with using the Dollar Tree measuring cup because you could still vaguely see the ghost of the measurements and my wallet still had moths flying out when I opened it. Then not long after the paint had worn this poorly made plastic liquid measuring cup cracked to the point that it would no longer hold the liquid that was being placed in it. In a hulk like rage, I crushed that measuring cup with my hands and threw it in the trash because Pyrex also never cracked under pressure. Pyrex is made of glass. Pyrex is strong and willing to do whatever job you needed it too. I am able to place it in the microwave and do things with it that the cheap one never could. I immediately went to Amazon and ordered my beloved Pyrex liquid measuring cups to which I made a promise that I will never try something like that again.

Great classic measuring cups
I had to give these measuring cups a 5 star rating. They are just as simple as the classics we have been using for at least 50 years. I'm sure they will be as durable as before also. It's hard to go wrong with these. Absolutely recommended for the classic use of measuring cups. There are many others that have some especial feature, but these will do just fine.

Should have bought sooner
Only regret was not buying the 3 piece set with the larger cup. We have been using anchor brand for years and my biggest pet peeve nwas that they would spill everywhere when pouring and run down the cup. Then the markings all rubbed off the glass. We bought these and love them. Pouring is clean, no spills, no mess. Clear markings and good quality.
