I use it for my video calls to add a better lighting and it has been a game changer; the possibility to graduate the light and color is extremely useful to adapt it according to the time of the day and the vibe I wanna have during my video calls. It's super gentle with the eyes. Once I'm finished, I can fold it up and free up space on my desk. It offers the option of being used with AA batteries, which is wonderful in case of a power outage.

I use it on "warm" so that I can actually read things under it without triggering migraines, etc. It's great if you have fluorescent lights and want a warm task light! It's also very sturdy and stable, yet folds easy for transport or to tuck away, if needed. It has a nice, modern look that doesn't distract.
