Good sound, good battery life with few negatives.
I've thoroughly enjoyed these earbuds. They pair easily with my phone and they had an extremely good battery life for the first three years I had them. They have good sound for music and also good in calls. They fit in my ears well and I've never had a problem with them falling out of my ears. They do come with extra gel tips for them so you can put on the pair to adjust them to make them fit your ears just right. All is not perfect with them though. There are some issues that have cropped up, some occasionally, and some constantly in the last 6 or so months. The first issue I have is the case design makes the lid difficult to open. There is a small lip on the edge to catch your nail on to open it. However there is really nothing else to give a grip on the case when opening it. It is very smooth and it just makes it hard to open. Another slightly annoying issue, that's happened maybe a half dozen times over the 4+ years I've had them, is that they loose sync with each sometimes with really no good indication why. They essentially become two separate devices and you can pair with either of them, but you can only use one at a time in this state. You have to do a factory reset on them and then repair them with each other and then pair them with your phone, tablet or computer. The last issue, is that in the last 6 months or so, and I'm guessing it's because of the battery age on them as I'm beginning my fifth year using them probably 275-300 ish days a year for at least two hours each day, some days as many as 5 or 6 hours. In any case the left earbud started rapidly decreasing the amount of charge it has. About five or six months ago it would start telling me it was at low battery after about 1.5 hours of use, while my right one still gives me about 6 hours or more on a charge. Now it's down to the point the left one only lasts about 30 minutes, while the right still gives me a good 6 hours. Seeing how I definitely got close to their advertised 12 hours play time on a single charge when they were new, I'm almost certain it is batteries nearing their end of life. Considering how many times I've dropped the case, it popped open and flung the earbuds across the room, and other abuse these have taken I'm surprised they are still functioning as well as they are.

Yes, these are worth every penny
I drive a step van for a living. If there's one thing to know about a step van is that they are aluminum boxes with wheels. A slight divot in the road is comparable to a toddler throwing cookie trays in a room that echoes. Some of the vans even come with a variety of beeping noises that accompany using a turn signal, using the hazard lights, or having the lights on while the van is off. They are noisy if you catch my drift. They also don't have a radio to drown out the headache inducing constant sounds. Many drivers use speakers, headphones, or earbuds, but most can still hear the clattering and beeps. Not with Raycon. I've owned a pair for a few months now and it is a headache saver. Even at half volume, the music I listen to is loud and clear and manages to overpower the sound of the step van in a residential area. The sound quality is just as good as any high dollar set of over the ear headphones. Even without the noise cancelling features, they can drown out emergency vehicle sirens. One thing I was fearful of with earbuds in particular is them falling out. With sliding doors open, it would be very easy to lose one to a speed bump. But as of yet, the only time I've had the Raycon earbuds fall out was when I had purposely pulled them most of the way off in order to hear a customer. Once they are settled, these aren't coming out unless physically removed. The battery life is also amazing. I can be on the road for 7-9 hours at a time depending on how fast I move and how much I get for the day. Only at the end of that day will they start to shut down. They do tend to drain much faster with the noise cancelling features or awareness modes, but as I don't really need them, I have found a good happy medium. If there was one complaint I have, to pause a song, you tap the right earbud twice. To skip a song, you tap the right earbud three times. Tapping it four times activates voice recognition on your phone. The reason I say all this is because it is very easy for the earbud to not pick up on how many times you tap it which can result in something you don't want. It's a minor nitpick but its one I will take. They may be pricey, but this is a brand that is worth that money.

well thought out design
honestly tight off the bat, the packaging is well thought out. Using the extra pieces like charging cable, lanyard strap, and im gonna count the extra ear pieces as support cushioning for the earbuds themself was a good use of space an saved on excessive waste. The headphones themselves are nice looking an the case seems secure. I have a pair of apple airpods and comparing the cases the airpods lid flips open rather easy an often made me worry about opening randomly as it often did. The Raycon lid just feels more secure like i won’t have to worry about them opening randomly in my purse or bag. Sound quality, just from putting the earbuds in i already saw a significant drop in outside sound interference on a lvl that really surprised me. I have sensitive hearing and have used a good variety of different “noise canceling” ear buds and headphones, even have a pair of loop earbuds i love for general outings for where i still wish to be a part of the conversation but cancel out a bit of the other background noises to help me from getting overwhelmed. But these Raycon’s without even turning the music on yet already canceled out all the surrounding sounds on another lvl; the fan on high black in the room, tv downstairs an in the next room, cars an motorcycles outside the house and dogs barking too, all blocked out. And i mean on a lvl i can hardly even hear the tv in the next room over. Music sound quality is crisp, i love that i can control the base, an ANC, awareness mode, have a balanced or pure sound mode (still figuring out the difference in sound they create) pause an place an volume. so many controls with the tap of a finger on either side of the ear bud AND IT TELLS YOU what function you just turned on or off is soooo nice! I have not used them in a workout yet or any fitness, i tend to go hard sometimes when im hiking or climbing so having a pair of headphones that isnt gonna fall out was a big ideal to look for as well as be able to last longer than my current headphones so i will update on that later but as of now im honestly gonna give this review 5/5 starts.

Excellent earbuds.
Easy to use and pair with any smartphone. Sound quality is fantastic, and they fit very snug! All others I’ve tried typically fall out when exercising regardless of adjusting the “bulb” to fit in the ear. You can enable/disable the spatial hearing to hear your surroundings, great when in and around traffic. The sound is great, and clarity is crystal clear unlike some other brands. Pros - fit very comfortably and snug Cost - very reasonable Great for activity - running, jumping, yardwork - they won’t fall out Battery life - with the type c rechargeable case, you can easily get a full day out of using them continuously. Skipping and pausing music is very easy. Cons Just one - the latest model are fully touch, the lightest touch or adjustment and you’ll hang up a phone call or end a meeting. The previous version of the same earbuds actually had a button so this didn’t happen as easily.
