Surprisingly Great for Office Use – Not Just for Gaming
This might sound unusual, but I didn’t actually buy these for gaming. I work in an office where we rely heavily on headsets for phone calls and virtual meetings. The standard-issue Plantronics headset never felt comfortable on my head. While the audio and mic quality were solid, I constantly got the cords caught on things around my desk—and ended up breaking three pairs because of it. I needed something more comfortable and durable. I tried a few alternatives, including other Plantronics models and some from Logitech, but nothing really worked for me. Eventually, I decided to give these a shot. They looked big, sturdy, and well-built—and I figured if they’re good enough for gaming communication, why not try them in the office? As it turns out, they’re perfect. Call quality is excellent—clients and coworkers hear me clearly—and the audio is so good I use them to listen to music and videos when I’m not on calls. I also appreciate the thick, durable cable. While I still occasionally snag the cord around my desk, this headset has held up without any issues so far. If you’re looking for a comfortable, reliable headset for office use, I definitely recommend giving this one a try—even if it’s marketed for gamers.

Like the sound adjust button and mic stowing
I've had this for probably six months and used it a lot. It is reliable. I've not had any issues. I really like that the volume can be quickly adjusted by the dial on the headset and that the microphone can be put into the headset if I'm not using it. The sound quality it very good. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Great audio quality and super comfortable
These are awesome. Replaced my Sony headphones with these b/c I needed mic option for Discord. Great audio quality and super comfortable. They use a usb connection (vs mic jack) so I bought a USB slitter since I was out of usb ports on my computer.

Sound is great, very comfortable on the head and I have a big one, and most importantly is the battery life, been very surprised how long it takes for the battery to need recharging which is always a concern with a wireless headset.
