Best way to get to class
I first purchased this scooter two years ago, right before Christmas of my freshman year of college. A junior now, I recently purchased another scooter after losing my first scooter on campus. If I hadn't lost the scooter, I would've still been using the same scooter for over two years, and even with all the stress I put on it (I'm not the most careful with my things), it was still working just fine, which speaks to the durability of this product. I will say that this is hands down the best purchase I have made in college. The amount of time that this thing has saved me is tremendous. If I'm running late for class or a meeting, I grab this thing and I'm there in a few minutes. Not only is it a huge timesaver, but it's so much fun too. Sometimes I take this to class even when I'm not running late just so I can experience the thrill of going downhill from my classrooms. I don't have very good balance, so this scooter is perfect for me, as it has a break on the back which makes me feel much safer. I wanted to learn to use a skateboard but my balance just wasn't letting me do it. A lot of the college athletes on my campus use the larger A5, but I think the A3 is the perfect size for me (I'm 5' 5 and 123 pounds). If you're worried about this not being able to hold your weight, it can definitely hold much heavier than it says it can. I've had friends from the football team who are 200 pounds on this without a problem. I'd say if you're above 5' 8 to go for a larger A5, but if you're anywhere below that, the A3 will be perfect. I highly recommend this scooter to every college kid looking to save time or just have fun while zooming to class. There may be some haters but who cares??? They're just jealous.

Amazingly sturdy, but best for kids 6-12 yo
Due to the useable height of the adjustable handle bars, this scooter will really be great for kids about 3 ft 10 to about 5 foot 3 or so in height. Any taller than that and you're hunching over. The wheels spin pretty well right out of the box, the foam grips are cushiony and comfortable, and my two kids were out zooming around in no time. And in typical fashion, they also just drop it instead of setting it down gently, and despite the abuse, the scooters look no worse for wear. As far as folding it down, we've given up on that because it's not as smooth an action as you would think. The kids just leave it next to the bikes in the garage and these scooters are really so small that it doesn't really take up all that much room. I've seen other models with kick stands and I wish that was available for the A3 as well, since these scooters tend to eventually slide to the floor of the garage and is always at risk of getting run over by the cars. As far as durability goes, the aluminum frame is relatively strong and sort of held my weight (185 lbs) but not without having a bit of flex to it with a feeling of deep dread that it was just going to snap at any moment. And no wonder, since the manufacturer lists the max weight of this scooter at 143 lbs! If you're an adult of any decent height or weight, I'd go for the A5 model, which is designed up to 220 lbs. And besides, the larger wheels of the A5 will definitely help with the ride quality. Overall, for kids, this is light, durable, fast, and reasonably priced.

Really well made!
I guess the fact that we bought a second one after our first got stolen says enough for my opinion about this scooter, but here are some more details why I am giving 5 stars: - So well made! Although there is a maximum rider weight limit, both my husband and I have used it many times and it is still in one piece and works perfectly! - It can last for many many years. My older daughter has it for years now. - The red wheels are so cool but more importantly large enough so you can easily and without any problems go over rough pavement, or some small obstacles on your way. - Very stable! My younger daughter is using a three wheel scooter for now but she already tried this one and it turned out it wasn't more difficult to ride. To sum up, very sturdy, high quality and cool. Worth the buy!

Great Scooter for 10 year old Girl
I bought this product for my 10 year old daughter who wanted a fast, cool way to get to and from school, and didn't want a girly scooter. I found it challenging to determine what model/size of scooter would be best for her, since she is taller than average but very slight. This is an A3, and we already have the handlebar fully extended; just hoping she won't outgrow it too quickly. Razor is a solid brand, and she's very happy, but would have been even happier with a scooter in an awesome shade of light blue!
