Excellent in every way.
I bought this To Go mug, because I wanted one with metal inside, and not horrible plastic (trying to avoid using plastic as much as possible). I also wanted one from an environmentally conscious company. Thus Reduce! This is a great mug in many ways, as is the company. The mug keeps your drink hot or cold for a VERY long time. There’s a great vent on top, that you can slide to control how much drink is coming out. The clincher for me was how with the cover, all closed up tight, it’s virtually spill proof. I broke my ankle & I live alone. For the past 2 1/2 months, I’ve been on either crutches or scooter. I can fill up this mug with a drink, close off the top completely, hang a bag around my neck, put the filled up mug in the bag as upright as possible, and hop along on my crutches, to wherever I want to sit! Not a drop spilled. Granted, the bag was a narrow bag with some padding in it that kept the mug pretty much upright, but still, nothing spilled. Also, I did have to contact the company for one minor issue with the cover. They responded immediately, and sent me a new cover at no charge. Highly recommend this perfect to go mug. Remember: DITCH THE PLASTIC!!

I keep thinking I should write a review to help out those who have bought soo many insulated mugs with lids and handles only to be unhappy. Buy this one!!. It’s packaged neatly but not excessively. I chose green, not my favorite color but it’s a rich deep grown-up shade.Put the lid on and notice the snug, secure fit. Appreciate the little slide that adjust the flow (so you don’t get splashed when jostled). The handle could use a little padding, but most importantly the plastic, (where your mouth goes) is a nice thickness, smooth and comfortable, and the outside of the mug stays cool to the touch. Yes, I’m particular about my coffee to go mug and this one, finally, ticks all the boxes.

Fabulous cup!
Great cup. I am very pleased with it. I use it every day. I used it for taking coffee to school with me. It keeps it hot until I am ready to drink it. It is very durable. Seals well, if I accidentally tilt it- no spills! It is dishwasher safe which I love. You can see some chipping of the color though, after using the dishwasher a lot. This doesn't bother me as I worry more about the function! 😄 if it bothers you, consider handwashing. I purchased this to replace another after I dropped it and broke the lid. So its good enough to buy again!
