Renpho Pro Version Foot Size : US 10.5 (not wide). I did not get this product for free. I am not sponsored by the company or anyone for this review. I don’t know why this product doesn’t have a higher rating. This is my first ever foot massager, and boy I am one satisfied customer. I stand on my feet for over 12 hours a day straight (healthcare worker), we don’t have chairs to sit on, and sitting is frowned upon, and I think is against company policy maybe. I know ins and outs of foot pain and I have SEVERE plantar fasciitis. Within the first 5 minutes of me using this product, it proved to be helpful. It has a ton of pressure and the rollers are well placed. My feet feel adequately compressed ALL AROUND, like someone is giving me a really good foot massage. At the highest setting, the pressure is really intense for me, so people looking for really choking pressure should be happy also. The heat is good too, not sure why the other reviewers said it’s “not enough”, it’s not meant to cook. It gets pleasantly warm. Buy it.

Good deep massage
I have a knot of pain in my inner arch that has been killing me for the last couple weeks. I got this massager to help me work it out and Bob and Brad's YouTube channel brought me to this device because they said it does a really good job giving a deep massage. I put this to use as soon as I got it today and at first I thought it was weak even at level 4 on everything... Then I changed how I was sitting and brought the device/my feet as close to my butt as possible so my legs are going straight upwards out of the device. This was the key... everything on level 4 at this point is DEEP and really gets in there... I love it!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT Another failed China Product
I was excited to receive my foot warmer/massager and it doesn't work. The four lights come on, but the massager doesn't come on. This is the second China made product I received today that didn't work! The seller followed up a couple times to ensure I received my refund. Not many sellers care what happens after a product is returned. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Really does a great job
Bought for Xmas gift for wife - but I am equally enjoying it. It really does work the muscles and relieve pain. Like the adjustments - you can have it really clamp down and kneed hard or loosen up a bit for more casual. You do have to get close with the remote to adjust but not a big deal
