Easy To Use Soft Gentle Electric Heating Pad!
This heating pad, came safe in a water proof pouch, in it’s own box. Works well. Is on a timer of 30, 60 and 90 minutes from lowest of 100 to 150 degree Fahrenheit, as the highest setting. If one can tolerate the heat one can go higher, up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The setting will start the heating pad at 100 degree Fahrenheit, on the monitor. But in reality, after setting, the monitor shows the lowest temperature that the heating pad has to start working off of the room temperature and it will show the existing room temperature briefly as the heating pad will gently and rapidly try to rise to 100 degree Fahrenheit, on the monitor. Example: if one’s home is at 65 or 70 degrees or even lower, the monitor shows that room temperature and starts warming rapidly to 100 degrees and then shows the higher setting that it is working on to reach, from the 100 degrees to the desirable higher heat, with persisting blinking. The LED light shuts off, while the pad is working, after a short while. But, if one wants to check the current temperature of the heating pad, one can do so by gently pressing on the heating pad’s “on and off “ sign on the monitor, just once, with out actually shutting off the heating pad, which need 2 presses, the LED light will come to life and one can easily read this lighted monitor very easily. Suppose the timer was set for 90 minutes of heat, at one’s desired temperature, when the monitor, shows 8-10 minutes left, then it starts to cools off, after providing 80 minutes of raising and sustaining heat. After 80 minutes, the heat starts to shut off slowly and there is really no heat sustaining, unless one wants to increase the heat, at this time, as one can feel the cooling off. The monitor has an on/off switch with 3 time adjustments at 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes. There is a ‘+’ and a ‘-‘ for increasing or decreasing the temperature. The pad is pretty big to cover the entire back of a man of average size and shoulder pads with extension to the front to stay snugged and 2 ties on the lower side of the pad, at the lower abdomen , if one wants to tie these ties, the tied up ties with a easy slip knit, will let the heating pad stay firm in place. Safe to use. The pad has a synthetic grey cover which is soft synthetic Chanel like fabric and feels comfortable on the skin. The heated pad is equipped with auto shut off, after the set timing has been reached. Then, if one wants more heat, one can reset the monitor. Easy on children, due to the simple mechanism. But, please always monitor the elderly, invalid, sick people and definitely children. Any one can make a mistake and set it up too high of a heat setting that one cannot tolerate and can easily become uncomfortable with higher heat.

I am thankful for this purchase
I tried this heating pad right after it arrived. It works. It heats the neck, shoulder and back just as the seller said it would. I read in the reviews by one person that said theirs did not heat the shoulder and I really needed mine to heat my aching shoulder. I am so grateful the one I received worked. I am thankful I can secure it around my chest and waist for an even better fit. I am 5' 6" tall and I ordered the XLG. I sit in an office chair or my recliner sofa and the heat that I feel on my neck, shoulder and back is the same. The material is soft and it does auto shut-off when you set a timer. The experience would be better if vibration was included, but overall, I am satisfied with the Heating Pad I ordered from this seller.

Very comfortable, easy to use
Very comfortable, good range of heat settings. I like to start it off on the lowest setting and slowly ramp it up. Starting off at a higher temperature is actually quite uncomfortable and way too hot. The material is soft, and I like the weighted shoulder parts. This does have heating elements in both the shoulder parts as well as the neck collar, so it's wonderful if you have sore shoulders and neck, not just the back. The only thing I wish was different is that I had ordered the longer one. I'm 5'8" and when sitting in my recliner it barely comes down to just above my belt line, so it kind of misses the lower part of my back but if I adjust how I sit I can usually make it work.

Didn't last 3 months Edited to represent great customer service
This is really great to begin with. It has now quit working. After just over 2 months. For the price this should last longer than 2 months. I now have to replace it. EDIT - After reading this review the company reached out and requested to do what they could to remedy this problem. They asked for a video of the problem and once reviewed they offered to replace the pad. I really appreciate the attention they paid to the issue and willingness to fix the problem. I have adjusted the review to represent this.
