Ideale Massage Gun für den Rücken

Aufgrund meines Blogs hatte ich schon zahlreiche Massagepistolen in den Händen. Zum Teil sind sie sehr unterschiedlich in ihrer Bauform, Griffkigkeit, Massagetiefe, Gewicht, Zubehör, Preis-/Leistung etc. Ich muss sagen, dass mich diese Massagepistole etwas überrascht hat, dennoch finde ich auch Kritik am Extend-Modell. ----- Stärke und Massagetiefe ----- Eines der wichtigsten Merkmale beim Massage Guns ist die Massagetiefe, welche hier bei rund 7 mm (nachgemessen) liegt. Es ist nicht die optimale Amplitude, um gute Tiefenmassagen durchzuführen, aber für die meisten Anwendungen der Muskelentspannung/Muskelverhärtungen reicht es auf jeden Fall. Der Motor ist überraschend gut, denn viele günstige Geräte weisen Probleme bei höherem Anpressdruck auf, weil die Leistung nicht ausreicht. Solche Probleme konnte ich hier nicht feststellen. ----- Gewicht und Bauform ----- Was tatsächlich noch sehr wenig auf dem Markt vertreten ist, sind solche Massagepistolen wie die Renpho Extend mit einem langen Griff, sodass Einzelpersonen sich unter anderem den Rücken FAST von alleine massieren können. Am allerbesten ist es immer noch, eine zweite Person für Rückenmassagen zu haben, mit diesem Modell ist man aber ein ganzes Stück besser dran. Trotz der Größe macht sie einen handlichen Eindruck, was auch am geringen Gewicht von 490 g ohne und ca. 520 g mit Massageaufsatz liegt. Die Form selbst lässt es also zu, Körperpartien einfacher zu erreichen und zu massieren, als es mit einer herkömmlichen Massage Gun der Fall ist meiner Meinung nach. Der Griff selbst ist leider nicht gummiert, aber dennoch rutschfest genug. ----- Bedienung im Alltag ----- Eine Massage Gun ist ja dafür gemacht, damit sie im Alltag angewendet wird, sprich zuhause auf dem Sofa, eventuell auf Arbeit oder unterwegs. Für mobile Einsätze ist sie gut geeignet, weil der Griff zügig auseinandergebaut werden kann. Schade, dass sich keine Tragetasche im Lieferumfang befindet. Sie würde den Transport wesentlich einfacher gestalten. Ein weiterer Punkt, der mir in der Praxis nicht zusagt, ist die Positionierung des On-Off-Knopfs oberhalb der Massage Gun, mit dem gleichzeitig die Massgenintensitäten gesteuert werden. Dieser Knopf sollte sich besser am Handgriff befinden. Ansonsten bietet die Extend-Version ein großen Vorteil im Bereich der längeren Massage Guns, welche sie wie gesagt kaum zu finden sind in der Form. Probleme bei der Akkulaufzeit gab es keine. Das Modell kann viele Male verwendet werden, ohne dass der Akku durstig wird (2.000 mAh). ---- Zubehör ----- Das Zubehör ist im Grunde ausreichend, aber dennoch mit vier Massageaufsätze weniger umfangreich als bei anderen Modellen. Vor allem bin ich ein Freund von metallischen Aufsätzen, weil sie mehr Wertigkeit versprühen und außerdem für Massagen inkl. Öl gut geeignet sind und sie besser über die Haut gleiten. Der runde Ball-Aufsatz ist der für mich am meisten benutzte, weil er der Allrounder ist, womit man fast alles massiert kriegt. ----- Mein Fazit ----- Ich vergebe eine klare Kaufempfehlung für Personen, die speziell Probleme haben, ihren Rücken in Eigenregie zu massieren und nach einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis suchen. Hier bietet die Extend einen gewissen Mehrwert gegenüber anderen Modellen mit kurzem Griff. Kraft hat sie ausreichend und die Aufladung via USB-C-Kabel ist zeitkonform. Über die Laufzeit des Akkus braucht man sich auch keine Gedanken zu machen, der reicht mindestens eine Stunde auf höchster Intensität.

UPDATE: I got this 4 days ago and have used it every day. It was great and I really was impressed, but this morning while using it the device stopped. I thought must be the battery needs charged, I went to plug it in and it made a buzzing noise and the light did not come on. I tried plugging it in a few times, but it just made a buzzing noise. The device would not turn on. I did a return and they are sending me a free replacement. I will give it another try, hopefully it is just this one that was defective. -- I have never had a massage machine like this before and started looking for one. I like this one as it has a long handle and is easy to use myself. The other models would be I think better if someone else is using it on you (the best way to have massage), but when you are home alone this is really ideal! It would work fine too if someone else used it to give you a massage, but I got this looking for one I could use on my own. I have tried the extra attachments, but other than the half circle one for my calves I only like to use the half circle attachment. It really works best I think for everything. This is easy to use on the bottom and side of your feet (very relaxing). Also, on your low and upper back and the sides of your legs. For the back of my calves I do use the half u circle attachment as it works best. The battery came charged and I was able to use it out of the box right away. I charged it to be fully charged, but not sure I needed to. I can use it for 20 minutes and there is plenty of power left to use it again. I liked it so much I bought one for a gift already and I do think I will buy another one to give as a gift again. For the price and how great this is to use -- it really is a great gift to give others that makes a impression and is affordable.

Excellent, convenient, and powerful.

I bought one of these for myself because I'm a really fat guy who works from home on a computer, so I tend to get a lot of pain from being in one position too long. This massager fits the bill AND THEN SOME. I use this all the time, I absolutely love it, the vibration is fantastic, the attachments are great...I just use the standard ball because it always works and I'm very lazy, but all the other attachments do their specific jobs perfectly. So I'm happy with my massager that I bought for my own wholesome purposes...but then my girlfriend came over. I will say with 100% confidence that this massager can replace the ol' Hitachi Magic Wand as a personal vibrating device. She had some great orgasms with this, and it's now a favorite toy of ours in the bedroom...not to mention the pleasure we get from actually massaging our sore muscles. This device is so good I decided to get one for my grandmother for Mother's Day...and when my mother found out, she asked for one too. So I've bought 3 of this exact model, and every human being who has seen it wants to try it, and after trying it, they want to buy one too. This massager is a great value, and it's one of the few items I've bought through Amazon that's compelled me greatly to write a review. Oh, I have no idea if the battery life is any good...this thing keeps going way longer than I or anyone who's used it has needed it. So I would say that YES, the battery life is great....but you know, there's always "that person" on the internet who needs 86 hours of battery life for that cross-country trip to Alaska or something.
