Love the cooling feature
I’ve had this foot massager from Renpho for several weeks now. I wanted a chance to use it multiple times before leaving my review. My initial thoughts after receiving it were that it looked really solid and well built. It’s heavy and feels substantial. I was initially drawn to this one because of the cooling feature and I do think it’s a nice thing to have for sore, tired feet. The trade off for that feature is that you don’t get a heel massage. The cooling element sits right at the heel so the massagers are in other locations but not there. I was a little disappointed about that because often the heel is an area that is causing me pain but you can’t have everything! I really like that it has a remote, in addition to being able to use the control panel on the machine. If you lose the remote, you’re not stuck because all of the features can also be set directly on the massager. I find the squeezing element to be very powerful. Almost too much for me, but there are multiple levels so I’m able to lower it to a level that works for me. I think it does a really good job massaging my feet. I like that you can remove the foot insert and wash it when needed. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase. I like how it performs and all of the ways you can adjust each of the features to get the massage just how you want it. I can’t speak to the longevity of it yet but I do have several other items from Renpho that I love and, at this point, this is a brand that I seek out when looking for home health type gadgets. They make a solid product that I can easily recommend.

Excellent massage- for a machine
I've used different types of foot massagers in the past and If you like a mechanical foot massage, this is a really good one. However, if you're expecting it to feel exactly like a hands-on foot massage, it may not live up to expectations. I like this machine because it has different pressure, massage, heating and cooling settings, so you can really customize your massage to your preferences. I like heat and this one provides a nice warming sensation. I could see me using the cool setting if it's either extremely hot outside or my feet are just swollen from walking quite a bit. I also like very intense pressure in my massages and even the highest setting on this machine was more than my bony feet needed. The kneading massage hits all the right spots on my feet and I definitely like doing this shortly before bed, after a shower, as that's when it seems to relax me the most. This machine has a few other nice features that I really appreciate. It comes with a remote so you can just sit back and relax and you don't need to reach down to adjust the settings. It also has removal covers for your feet that can be zippered out and washed. I often wear socks for mine, but as long as the inserts can be washed, there's no real reason to. If you're someone who walks or stands a lot, this could be an amazing tool for you to help relieve fatigue at the end of a long day. It seems to me made well and functions as intended, so I'm hoping it lasts me for quite some time.

Customizable to the levels and features you want/need
I've tried quite a few different foot massagers and this one is by far the best one I've tried to date. My workdays vary between standing or sitting all day, both of which doesn't do my feet any favors. This massager is amazing for my feet recovery for either situation. This is the first foot massager I've tried that has a cool setting. I generally lean towards heat, but since my feet so swell during warmer weather, I've used the cooling fans more than I thought I would. The fans are located right at the heel area but the effect does reach the entire foot. This also has heat, shiatsu massage, and compression. You can choose all of the above and level or pick and choose which ones you want active. The remote is great so I don't have to bend down to set, but you have the option to select the options from the massager itself. The compression function was done better than other massagers I've tried. Since my feet can swell, I find that even the lowest level compression can be too extreme for my feet, but the lowest setting on this one by Renpho is a lot more gentle. It's not painful or uncomfortable on the first level, and actually feels good. If you're one of those people that like more compression, you can definitely up it to another level or 2 for your desired affect.
