Sizing Down Is Dangerous!

I'm a "Desk" size person. I like 'em big, with plenty of room because I have a lot going on. I am the guy who decided my company staff meetings should be 1) Standing up, 2) no more than 10 minutes max, and 3) infrequent. I bought this volume to test the paper. I saw it was for meetings. What a joy! More than enough room, even including some bullet journaling post meeting! I use a fountain pen, and usually with a fine point nib. Pen, nib and paper are all important considerations for handwriting (which I prefer). This Meeting Journal absolutely did NOT disappoint. Now, it has me looking at smaller sized volumes for more of my work. The paper wasn't too much of a surprise: I did expect it to be top drawer. It is. The size was a surprise. My pen LOVES this book! I do highly recommend it for meeting use, and for general use, regardless of the writing instrument you choose to use on it. BB isn't in my wheelhouse, but EF, F, and M are a dream on this paper. I highly recommend it to you.

Great meeting notebook for fountain pens

Excellent paper - smooth writing, absorbent, perfect for a fountain pen. Ink does not spread or soak to the other side; the paper is thick enough to resist showing through (pressure or ink). The bound edge is smooth-scored, the page is laid out with faint lines so that there are multiple areas for different purposes if you want to use the notebook that way. The exterior is neat, damage resistant materials, etc. Some of the markings on the paper take getting used to (looked like random ink stains until I got used to them). Too expensive for most students -- but it doesn't matter since most students don't use pens (especially fountain pens) anymore. Also: this is heavyweight paper, so the notebook is a little heavy. But who cares? This is a luxurious writing medium for serious note taking. Rhodia has an informative website explaining all the variations in its paper products.

Great paper quality and well-organized page layout

Rhodia uses quality paper. This agenda may cost more than your ‘run of the mill’ version but it’s well worth it. The paper is ultra smooth and thick enough so that you don’t end up with ‘ghost’ impressions of what you write on previous pages, even when using a market. The binding is well done. I’ve lost numerous front or back covers from other brands of spiral bound notebooks. The size is good, the level of details on the pages is just enough. I’m not looking for an instruction manual and sub of sub categories on every pages. In short a good product. PS: I’ve used varieties of Rodhia products over the last 25 years, never disappointed.

Top Notch Layout!

Why haven’t I been taking notes like this for my entire life? Honestly, the layout is perfect. Not only just for meetings either! I’ve incorporated this notebook into my everyday. I have used it for pretty much any occasion you can think of (studies, lectures, meetings, reports, etc.) and it never fails. The side column can be used for so many different things: notes, thoughts, reminders, costs, budgeting, and the list goes on. It’s made my reviewing process so much easier as well. Not to mention the thickness and quality of the paper itself! Just like all other Rhodia products, nothing can compare.
