I am so glad I purchased this stand as I'd been looking at different ones for a while now--I was not disappointed in this one at all. I work at home and often like to stand while I work so I'm not sitting so much of my workday. This brings the laptop more eye level and when I tilt it, my hands/wrists fit comfortably -- feels much better than having it sitting down on my countertop where I'm having to look down, causing neck strain. --Very sturdy - it takes a little effort to position it, but once there, it stays put. --My MacBook Air 15 in fits perfectly. This could hold a smaller or larger laptop since it is so sturdy. --The black is nice - goes with my black laptop. --Rubber pads keep it from sliding - it goes nowhere. --Different positions for different heights, or it can be flat if you want it to. --Very well made - this thing is 'heavy' - it's not some cheap thin metal - it has some weight to it. --Packaged very well so it was protected -- packaged 'professionally' - it wasn't just tossed in a bag. --Fast shipping. --Good value - the price I purchased it for was very reasonable.
