How is this less than $100?? My child’s new fave toy
I was wondering what aspect of the quality would be suffering because it’s a wooden dollhouse for under $100, but genuinely, it’s amazing. I can tell that this is going to last a very long time, the thick wooden boards are sturdy and easy to assemble. I also love the details like the included pieces of furniture that were all delicately and individually wrapped in the box so they looked perfect when you take them out. Also the lighting was really quick and easy to install, and each light had its own power button, so you can choose which rooms are lit and not, making the imaginative play feel even more immersive for the child. All of the colors look exactly like the pictures; the staircase is functional and leads to an opening for the second floor which is great; the front door opens and closes, and they put it slightly above the bottom of the dollhouse so it doesn’t get caught on carpet floors making it really easy to use; the balcony is also a really great touch and I love that there is an actually doorway leading to it, again adding to the immersive play experience. My child has been playing with this nonstop since we got it- it’s a must-buy if you’re flooding for a great, high quality toy!

Great little dollhouse!!
I am unable to give 4 1/2 stars so it will have to be 5 stars. My only reason for knocking off a 1/2 star is due to some of the pre-drilled holes needing to be carefully cleaned out with a small drill bit. The screws mostly went into the majority of the holes as designed with no trouble. There were about 4 holes I had to use my drill in order for the screws to secure as intended. Overall, this is a great dollhouse for the money. Great value with the lighting and all of the furniture. My roommate loves it! I will post a couple of pics so you can see how much was added on a personal level. The family moved in on 10/17. I read some reviews stating the lighting was a little difficult but I had no problems with it. Instructions were easy enough to understand.

We LOVE this doll house. It’s such a beautiful house for the price. Sturdy, cute, comes with furniture, nearly no smell at all. The only problem is our lights flash like strobes if they aren’t perfectly, gently connected. If you have this problem just keep gently trying! Using it for 6.5” American Girl Doll minis- just slightly bigger than the furniture. Still works! Added a couple of $1 store frames with some magazine art. Update: went to bed with the lights working, woke up to them flashing again and we figured out it was a faulty power block. The company doesn’t provide a power block so be sure to have a couple extras on hand :)

Absolute perfection. Manageable size, not too big or too small. Fits paw patrol, Spidey and Friends figures. Gender neutral color and decor. The lights are adorable. Construction was super easy and pieces came together perfectly and no chips, or crushed pieces. The accessories it came with were numerous and well made. Super excited for Christmas! My photos do not show all the pieces. I was just making sure it was perfect for Christmas in case I had to return it (I most definitely won’t!)
