Granddaughters loved, Gramps, not so much.
This is a very nice, solid dollhouse. My granddaughters absolutely love it! It was the perfect size for rheir room. Beware though, it comes in about three million pieces (slight exaggeration) and it took my husband, who is a 30 year veteran carpenter, about 3 hours to assemble (not an exaggeration). He said it wasn't hard, but if he had not had a power screwdriver, it would have taken much longer. Although it took a while to assemble, with its quality, I would purchase it again.

It takes time to put it together, longer than you might think.
Took me about 2.5 hours to put it together, quality was good. Only one screw bag didn't have a number so it was easy to know what they were. all the parts quality were good no issues. If your like me and it was cooler maybe a hair dryer can help you get the numbers off the parts. Study the images for it make sense as you go over it will keep you from back tracking much.

Easy to read instructions. Pieces numbered for easy assembly with just a Phillips screw driver. It does take some time to assemble. My granddaughter loves it.
