Hubby is happy because I have been looking for things to bake and cook after being burned out for awhile. These baking sheets put the right amount of crisp on fries, veggies, potatoes and I even baked pork chops using the racks. Everything turned out perfect. This nonstick, heavy weight baking pan is sturdy, versatile and cooks evenly. It’s very nice to have new, rust resistance and thick enough it won’t bend in the oven. The heat distributes evenly so everything cooks through at the same time. Easy to clean and no scrubbing. These are very nice.
