I decided to try this ring because I was looking for something that sense my vitals instead of a smartwatch, tho one measure the oxygen in blood , sleep parameters, that's ideal for me because I don't wear my watch when I'm sleep and this brings me all the stats that I look into in the morning , it made of stainless steel , but has round edges to make it comfortable to wear , support water resistance and dust so no worries about that , also the battery last almost a week or more depending if you charged between days. It came with a cradle to charge magnetically. I'm.relaly happy with it recommended.
