This is a nice professional looking notebook for the money.
I was looking for a notebook that had a 3 ring binder that was not very thick or wide. I attend many meetings and conference room table space can be limited. My older notebook was thick and wide and took up a lot of space when I had it open to take notes. I worked around this by leaving it in my office and taking notes on sheets of paper and then trying to remember to put them in my notebook. After a few months I soon had notes on different size paper and not filed. I like to be organized and this was extremely frustrating. I spent awhile looking for the right size notebook on line and in office supply stores. I came across the Samsill notebook and it met my needs. It is professional looking (although I could do without the flashy brass corner pieces that my wife likes), it is relatively thin with the 1/2 inch rings and it only opens up to 22 inches. Now my notes are all in one place and I can use it in meetings without taking up so much room. Note it is not a super high quality notebook. If you want that you should look for an expensive leather one. But it fits my needs and I expect it will last me for a long time. I recommend this as a good value for the money.

Great 3 ring leather binder that have many funtional use.
I used this for a portfolio but now it's just storage for important paperwork. Looks and feel very professional. Leather finish and easy to carry. Super functional and durable. I love it for all these purposes.

Feels nice, looks great. I use it for recipes at home and everyone comments on it (it sits above the fridge so you see it). Had it maybe 3-4 months and no scratch marks, fading etc.
