Bought this after reading review of another student - was not disappointed! I love it!
Been hauling this thing to and from work and university for months now - on and off trains, up and down kerbs etc. Absolutely fantastic bag. Was on the fence at first about buying it due to the cost as I had to have it shipped to the UK, but so glad I went for it. Read the review of another student who said they'd used it for university and it had been great and they were right. It not only looks sleek and professional for my job, but also has worked brilliantly for university. Another reason I got this was because it's not huge. You can reasonably pull it along anywhere and it doesn't get in the way too much. In terms of what fits inside - my larger work laptop or my small university laptop both fit in the cushioned laptop section. Along with a laptop I can also fit an A4 notebook and an A4 display pocket book in the back section closest to the handle. I can also fit a few pens in the very front pocket and a charger in front of the laptop section as well as a few items like my glasses and headphones. You will not be able to fit both a laptop and a textbook into it along with everything else, so if you want to haul several textbooks in it with a laptop you would be better getting something bigger - but I think it's the perfect size in terms of what I'd want to haul around with me. I did once manage to get both laptops, a charger and a notepad in it but that was the limit. You won't be able to fit lunch in it as well as your stuff so I have a small shoulder strap lunch bag I take with me, or I carefully put a can of drink and a snack into the front pocket if I'm not carrying too many things that day. It goes up and down kerbs no problem. It hasn't worn at all with my heavy use over several months, which was unexpected but great. Nothing in it has ever been damaged - even the can of drink wasn't shaken up, by some miracle - so it's a great pull along bag. If I get ever managed to wear it out, I'll be buying it again because it has been worth every penny. Thanks to the other student who reviewed it who made up my mind to get it. 100% was not disappointed! I didn't want something too bulky but still with enough room for my work / university stuff and this has been perfect. Had many admiring comments from coworkers.

Exactly what I needed
My much loved and much used first Samsonite rolling briefcase (purchased in 2016) was looking a little weathered and worn and the wheels were starting to stick. After some amount of hunting, I was delighted to find this updated version of my first briefcase - and I'm even happier now that it's arrived. It has the same basic dimensions and compartments, but it seems a bit lighter. I can easily fit a tablet, laptop, and a few lined pads or files, pens, etc. inside. If you have more, you can always balance a second bag on top of the briefcase itself, using the extended handle to support the extra bag. In fact, I recently went to a meeting and managed to transport a pad of standard newsprint, along with a second bag of markers and post-its, all balanced on top of the briefcase. And I was able to roll the whole thing to a meeting about a tenth of a mile away without carrying anything in my other hand. It's hard to find something with these dimensions - study and spacious enough to hold essentials without being a hefty suitcase. I've been on many flights with my first briefcase (again, same dimensions), and I've always been able to fit it under the seat in front. The only problem I ever had was when the toggle clasp on my first briefcase broke after a few years, just before a business trip by plane - I ended up using a belt around the whole briefcase to make sure the front pocket didn't open en route. It actually looked cool and made me feel extra secure about jostling the whole thing (I only used the belt when flying, to be clear). I highly recommend this "mobile office." It's a great product and makes my life a whole lot easier.

Pretty and Functinal
I've had this laptop roller bag since 2018 and really love it - it's classy and has held up really well under qute a bit of use (long walk through a concrete parking lot as well as up and down curbs). Wheels have not had an issue, handle continues to function just fine and the clasp is still perfectly fine. The short strap handle is starting to get a little cracked but most of my use is dragging it around by the extended roller/handle. My only "complaint" is that it really only comfortably holds my laptop and a good sized notebook but there are plenty of pockets for cards, pens, etc.- not a lot of room for much else of any size at all. That's okay, though, I didn't want a big clunky ugly thing so it's totally fine! Also, it's spendy... but then again, if it lasts for 5 years with no issues it's totally worth it.... probably would have bought at least 2 of the "cheaper" ($90) ones by now. If someone usually has a bunch of materials and books, etc. to drag around they'd be better off with a bigger more boxy (ugly) roller bag. HIGHLY recommended, it's held up well. I'm due for a new one and so far I'd 100% go back to this one. Still shopping....

Well-made, professional, and stylish!
This briefcase is exactly what I need! Besides being very functional, it is also classy and stylish. I’m able to transport my laptop and accessories, important papers, and some office supplies, all while remaining organized and professional. There are several pockets and holders inside for cables, mouse, cell phone, business cards, pens, etc. I can also fit a standard sized umbrella with ease. The handle and wheels allow for easy mobility. I also really like the feminine touches with the fuchsia colored lining and silver colored clasp. Samsonite is a trusted brand and the product does not disappoint. I would buy this business satchel again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone in the market for a well-made, professional “mobile office.”
