I am honestly so impressed with this watch, especially for the price point. It does pretty much everything the more expensive "big name" smartwatches do, but without the high price tag. It has become an essential part of my daily routine. The activity tracking is spot on, and it’s been incredibly helpful for keeping me accountable and motivated to reach my goals. I love that it tracks my sleep and monitors my stress levels—that stress tracking is a huge plus for me. But my favorite part is how durable it is! This Galazy fit 3 is amazing with all the functions. I fell twice last year so I was thrilled that this has a fall detection on it and will call emergency help. Everything is really accurate. It was super easy to set up. It comes with a couple instruction booklets. Plus it has steep by step instructions to follow on the screen. The battery lasts a long time when I turn down the display light. Great value for all you get at an affordable price. I linked it to my health records. My Dr recommended me getting one of these a long time ago and I'm glad I finally did. It is compatable with amazon music so I can put on my headphones and control volume from my wrist. I still have to have my phone on me. But that's not a big deal. It's nice to know how I'm sleeping too. I have narcolepsy and it heals me show my sleep specialist how I'm sleeping at night.

Great value, but a pain to install with the phone.
For my main purpose, the heart rate monitor, the watch is fine. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of my dead Pixel Watch 2, but it's only about 15% of the price. The battery life is a big bonus. I'm testing it now with the heart rate set to check every 10 minutes. It appears that the phone battery will last about a week. One big aggravation is that Samsung demands all sorts of information about yourself. You have to install 3 apps on your phone and your watch and phone are continually going back and forth. I would normally take off a star for that, but the phone is so good otherwise that I didn't. I did buy a 2nd charger for vacations. I found the band to be comfortable to wear, but it is a bit hard to get on and off.

Perfect cheaper alternative to an expensive fitbit or apple
I was gonna order another fitbit but seen this looking. Let's just say im so glad inordered this. My fitbit kept disconnecting, and losing contact. This thing has been working perfectly, the appearance is beautiful, the accuracy is spot in, the notifications have been great, the battery life is exceptional, and the size is perfect for my small wrist. Not huge and gaudy looking. Loved it so much I ordered one for my husband.
