Ease of use, product works great
Great product, bought this in 2023, maybe opened 5 bottle before it stopped working. I dont open too many bottles so just had it on my counter as a background light, contacted customer service in 2025 to get it replaced was told at first it's only 1 year warranty and they won't replace it but was offered a coupon, then they changed their mind and replaced it for me for free. This one works great, I was told it stops charging once it's fully charged but the blue light stays on. Writing the review because they replaced it and customer service was great despite initial rejection for a replacement. It looks great on a counter. The cutter works great just hold on to the bottle.

Failed after a couple months. 😩. Update. GREAT customer support. Delivered new unit.
Worked well for a couple of months….BUT…now, can not extract cork…not enough power. Not sure if it’s the battery or charger. Too bad, nice looking unit, nice addition to bar. Unless they have improved the unit….DON’T BUY. UPDATE: 5 STAR CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Emailed customer support on Saturday, had new unit delivered to my front door on Wednesday. Best CS I’ve experienced on Amazon. No hassle return .

Secura Electric Wine Opener
Opened a bottle of wine with the opener last night and it worked a treat. So very easy for me to now open a bottle of wine, especially since I have arthritis in both of my thumbs which makes doing much very difficult and painful. So glad to have this opener, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Finally a sturdy electric wine opener that works
This is the 3rd one I bought in month (I returned the 2 previous ones.) I've had for a month and so far so good. Works well and have only charged once so far. One issue is I'm in Australia and it didn't come with an adaptor, which was a bit annoying but getting one was easy enough
