Customer reviews

More powerful than you'd think, even if you are a heavier rider like me!
I've only had this for a couple days so this review will only cover initial experience. Will update over time. To start off, this thing feels very high quality. I've only ridden Lime scooters and there really is nothing in common with the this and those. No squeaking, or cheap plasticky sounds. Every bit feels quality made. The power is amazing! I am a pretty heavy round guy weighing about the max limit, maybe a little over and this thing tries to pull a wheelie in regular mode! Not boost, not sport, just drive mode pulls very hard despite my weight. It also goes the advertised speed in drive mode, again despite my weight being at or past the advertised limit. I have not tried sport and especially not boost mode yet, not until I get used to it in normal drive mode. The suspension is out of this world for a scooter. The roads, sidewalks, and bike lanes here are all very rough in areas and this scooter just absorbs all of it with ease. My weight probably helps that a bit seeing as how most people say this has a very stiff suspension. It also has crazy ground clearance. I can go up and down curbs with ease. Even a larger curb it comes no where near hitting anything. This is advertised as an "off-road" scooter and I can assure you it lives up to that description. I rode it in loose gravel with no issue as long as you shift some weight to the back tire, or if you want to play around lean forward and it will do donuts and kick dirt/rocks out like a dirt-bike. That being said, this is quite the tall scooter. Has to be to be off-road capable, but as a short guy (5'6) I am just barely tall enough to comfortably hop on it. I wouldn't recommend this if you are very short and have no experience on tall scooters/bikes. I cannot attest to the battery life as of yet but I can say this scooter charges amazingly quick. Also the app really breaks down everything for you. The app is quite nice, a lot nicer than I thought. You can monitor just about everything about it via the app. Also as soon as I got the scooter registered on the app, it did several firmware updates that claim to improve battery life, charging speed, performance, and safety. That's quite nice! Speaking of the app, this scooter has actual stability/traction control! I have not tested it yet but it is very surprising for something like this to have ESC. Even some of the more expensive electric bikes/scooters don't have that! The lights and screen are very nice. Though I don't see the turn signals being of use to anyone as round as me, nor anyone wearing gear that would block the visibility of them due to them only being on the handlebars. The deck really stands out to me, as it is very large and comfortable, especially compared to Lime scooters and especially for someone as round as me. For security features, I quite like the options. You can set a passcode, a pattern unlock, air unlock to your phone, or just leave it wide open to be turned on and off by anybody if you want. It also has an alarm mode with settings that alerts you, as well as sounds an alarm on the scooter and flashes the lights if it detects "unusual" movement. It also locks the wheels to make it harder to steal. You can also track it with an iPhone if you have one but unfortunately nothing for Android users like myself. That's not a big deal to me as you can just buy a Google powered crowdsource tracker and attach it, and since Google has way more connected devices than Apple, I trust it more anyway. Lastly, despite being a rather large scooter in my opinion, it isn't all that heavy. It rolls very easily and when folded it's pretty easy to carry. I wouldn't want to carry this for extended periods but should be fine for the average healthy adult to carry up some stairs or carry inside etc. Short version: Plenty of power, even for someone around 270 lbs. Massive ground clearance for off-roading or rough roads/curb hopping. Feels very high quality from the deck to the screen and everything between. Looks great! The signature X light looks cool and is very bright. Tons of feature that none of the knock-off china scooter have, not even ones a lot more expensive.

Best Scooter I’ve ever owned!
I just received my Segway ZT3 Pro scooter and wow I am blown away by how awesome this scooter really is! I had a hard time picking which scooter i wanted to go with since there are so many different kinds out there but I am really happy I chose a name brand scooter with the reputation that they have. I wanted a scooter to where if I had any issues or problems I know Segway will handle the problem. Unlike the other knock off brands to where if you ever have an issue getting that issue resolved would be problematic. This scooter has a powerful 1600 watt battery that I definitely stand behind. I’m just over 200lbs and this scooter handles my weight like I’m not even there. In sport mode they say this scooter can do 25mph and I honestly can say I’m amazed with how fast this thing is. At 25mph there is no wobble or feeling like the thing is going to break at any moment. The traction control is a really nice feature that other scooters don’t offer. The Segway app is beautifully crafted and allows you to fully customize your scooter to your liking. Also having an iPhone is a plus with the find me app I know where my scooter is at all times! I’m definitely a beginner rider and in all honesty this thing is a beast! I also loved how it came all pre assembled minus having to install the handle bars which are only four screws and it comes with the tool to screw in the screws which I thought was a nice addition because I didn’t have to dig through my toolbox trying to find the right size head to assemble the handle bars. Overall I highly recommend this scooter to anyone looking for quality and dependability with a name brand that has a high reputation!

Good quality and tech, real speed instead of inflated claims
6’2” 210lbs. I wanted something fast, sturdy, long battery life, quick charge, could handle my weight, and could handle my height (I did not want to lean over for short handle bars). This has delivered and more. The more: the delay charging feature and battery temperature in the Bluetooth enabled app is extremely convenient. To protect your investment similar to a smart phone you want to charge when not overheated and below 100% when you are storing it. You can do all of this with the app and more. You can even set the top speed to increase distance. There is cruise control. There is a lot of good. I had one big fall and the scooter flipped and everything yet it still runs like nothing happened. This is a great scooter and you won’t be disappointed. Some other scooters claim to have faster speed near the same price point but you have to be like a 100 pounds and almost going down hill lol and the battery takes 10-12 hours to charge. At least you know here you will reach 25 mph and around 19 miles at that speed. At 20mph and 16mph you get a lot more distance. I just reached over 1,300 miles and still like new.

Rippinggg!
Mannnn when I tell you guys this scooter rips? Absolutely amazing. 45 mph is absolutely insane. Make sure you have a helmet on for sure, but I mean wow. I’m impressed & loving it. Slows down very good when you release the throttle, has turning blinkers, and bright bright lights. Sport mode is where it’s at! Battery life allows me to get from home to work to the gym &. Home in 1 charge! Amazing; that’s about 15 miles total which is enough for 1 charge. Man this is amazing. I gotta keep this baby in good shape so she can keep ripping! Next stop, GT3 pro. Might be out of my tax bracket as of right now, but this is amazing!
