Hmm, what can I say about the Pusee thermal mug/cup? LOL Well, my wife's had like ...6 3mber cups, all of which are in various failing states. Between failing plinths, bluetooth connection issues, black mess flaking off in the cup etc, just maddening. The Pusee cup DOES NOT do bluetooth, which I love. If you're giving as a gift, you don't have to worry about being asked to set up a phone pairing, or stuff like that. It holds more than the little cups. Easy to use in the car because of it's upper handle placement, and the contact pins are MUCH more stout than it's competitor. LED indicators constantly tell you about battery state. VERY clear on/off switch indicators make it super functional, and the colors are nice. I chose PINK because .... well, because of the brand name. Only thing I would change is to make the breather-hole in the lid a little larger. I took the slider off to fix my preference. Amazon review suggests I give ideas on 'Giftability', and I suppose I would give this to a guy who may not get any. A guy who would not get any COFFEE. yea. Anyway.

Really good value for a self heating mug.
My Ember died after about three and a half years of daily use. I decided to try this mug because of other reviews and the price. I am very pleased with this mug. Keeps my coffee drinking temperature for hours as long as I keep moving the mug every now and then. It will shut off if you leave it sitting too long. I will take this as a plus and not a minus. It saves on battery and you can always turn it back on and wait a few minutes to heat back up. However, if you don't use it with the lid the battery will not last more than 45 minutes. Use the lid if you are only going to sip ocasionally.

This device keeps the coffee warm enough to satisfy you but cool enough to drink. I wish somebody would invent a cup that would stay cool so you didn’t have to put ice in your drink and dilute it.
