Beware third party resellers
This was originally shipped to us by an Amazon, third-party reseller, and they sent us a used unit. It didn’t even work, it was obviously an RMA, because the RMA letter showing, who originally received it, was still in the box! The blanket was just jammed into a cardboard box with no Packaging, and the cabling was all tangled up. I got a replacement from Amazon, which came from the same reseller, but this time they sent a new in box item. The item itself works very well, and I really like the digital display over the old style knob. I do wish that the display would have an option to stay like this all the time, because it’s hard to tell if it’s on, by just looking at the controller, which I normally keep slightly under the bed. Other than that, the fleece is exceptional, the power is terrific, and the heat is wonderful. I don’t want to ding the product for the resellers misdeeds, so I’m still giving it five stars.

NO COMPLAINTS HERE
This blanket is so soft and warms-up just right. If I'm feeling chilly, I'll put both sides on # 5 while I prepare for bed and then get in where it's nice and toasty. 🔥 I can turn-it-off fairly soon after and I will stay warm. If it's extra cold, I might keep it on # 1 all night.

I am not a heated blanket kind of person, but my office is cold, this blanket works perfectly. I’m very pleased with it. I really don’t like the fake feeling kind of blankets. This is blanket is very soft without that fake feeling.

We've had this King Sized blanket for just about 5 years now and it has performed flawlessly. Temperatures are consistent throughout the ranges, the cords are plenty long enough on our king-sized bed.
