Cleans the house for you
Great cleaning robot. Best used when you're away from the house, the sounds can be quite loud. Needs the app if you want the the fancy features. There seems to be sales on this product all the time, do not drop more than $700 on this. The vacuum needs about an hour to map out your house. Once done, you can send off the robot to vacuum & mop the whole house, or just small areas/rooms. It does spot cleaning as well though I feel like it's slower than getting an actual vacuum. You can customize the map with rooms or let it pick room lines for you. For some reason the vacuum AND mop feature where the vacuum does both in a row is full house only. If you want to vacuum and mop just one room, you have to baby sit the robot and wait for the vacuum to finish before telling it to mop. Once it's done, it will give you a map report of areas cleaned and not cleaned. It seems to be accurate for what it is. The robot only got stuck once and that's because the brush got tangled up on a corner of thick carpet. Finding OEM parts outside of sharks website seems to be impossible.

Replaced my last robot vacuum without thinking twice!
I already had a roborock s7 max ultra so I wanted the vac/mop selfcleaning combo. I've really come to love Shark products so when I saw this one I had to try it. The ad promised to address a few of my complaints with the roborock. It would often get stuck and battery would die so I'd have to figure out where it was lost. It would get caught on rugs, regardless of rug grippers or furniture holding them down, didn't do a great job around the base boards, LOUD, and the battery life was awful. My schedule was for a room, then charge, then go back to mop that room, then charge, on to the next, rinse repeat. Enter this vac/mop. Cleaned my entire downstairs in less than an hour without needing a charge in between. Didn't get stuck on a single rug or object, the air poofs to the baseboards really got them clean, it was so easy to set up. And QUIET! I didn't have to turn up the tv volume! I've got an australian shepherd and boyfriend has a golden retriever, so there is no shortage of pet hair. No problem for this guy. I'm blown away. Truly happy with the results.

Great robot
I love it, I’m emptying the compartments out more often than it says would be needed however I have a dog who’s blowing a winter coat and we’re constantly tracking mud and leaves inside. For the most part I love this robot! It cuts down cleaning time. I was washing the dishes while the robot cleaned the floors and boom! two jobs done at the same time. I do think it misses some pretty obvious things and I don’t know why exactly but for all I know my dog could be stepping in front of it at different times and it turns and misses or something. Maps well but if your rugs don’t lay entirely flat they will just get moved around by it. Mine lay flat but they are not grippy so it struggles with my area rugs. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase, this took a lot of work out of my daily cleaning routines. I’m very happy I finally got one and I’ve recommended it to everybody I know

Best Robot on the Market
This is a GREAT floor robot. It sweeps during the week. On SAT it mops. Sunday it has a day off. Easy to set up and maintain. I have wood and tile floors and the mopping feature is outstanding. When it comes to the room rug - it immediately changes and keeps going. I suggest pouring a cap full of bleach/water in the waste water if you don't change it out but once a month. If weekly, then it should be fine. NOTE: If you cannot connect to the robot after an Internet blackout. Mark your rooms that you have set up on paper. Delete the Robot and then Re-add it. Rename your rooms back to the way you had them to match the schedule. This is super quiet compared to the iRobot. It can sweep and I can still watch TV. Very happy with this purchase!!!
