Best one out of many attempted
Great blanket. I bought like 3 different brands that all failed. Not only failed but had zero customer service. I did end up buying one of these previously and as you can imagine, they are delicately wired and prone to having mistakes. And with the first one the heat didn't span over across the entire blanket. The difference is, customer service was super fast with replies and corrected the issues immediately. The replacement we got was perfect. Good amount of heat, soft and a long cord.
