Great value for the price!
I’m very impressed with this backpack. Here are a couple things I found set it apart from most of the other bags I own. 1. The zipper quality is exceptional. All pockets are intentionally placed and the zippers open/close with minimal effort. 2. Speaking of pockets, this bag is made up of only three zipper pockets, with a couple minor internal compartments within these pockets. This is perfect for a weekend trip, as most of your belongings are going to be kept in the main zipper pocket. I appreciate the elastic strap to help secure clothes in the main compartment. There is a large laptop/ipad pocket, and a front zipper pocket that would probably best hold maybe a few cables. 3. There are buckles along the edge of the bag to cinch it down to make sure this fits as a personal bag for flying. There are also durable grab handles on the top and right side of the bag. 4. Even with the high quality materials, this bag is remarkably light. The biggest downside for all of this is the padding (or lack thereof) along the sides/top of the backpack. While it’s not an issue for clothes, it’s clear the padding/reinforcement is limited to the front/back and bottom of the bag. This means BOTH grab handles are sewn to the thinnest part of the bag. It’s still semi-durable material and I doubt this will be a problem if you pack lightly, but I do expect these handles to tear after a few years if you are rough on your bags like I am. If a reinforcement strap had been sewn into the bag, running up and over the top of the bag, this would have been a non-issue. Because this bag is $60, it’s still a strong buy and worth the money. It’s geared towards the weekend getaway, while still providing a lot of versatility if you wanted it as a daily driver. I definitely recommend this bag for anyone wanting a quality backpack at a great price.

This backpack has several storage areas as well as a pocket for a large water bottle. There is also a storage section that will hold a large laptop. The zippers on the bag function smoothly. You can use this backpack as a school bag, luggage, or both. At first glance this looks like it’s only a backpack. However you can unzip the large section and open the bag where each half lays flat. Most people should be able to fit at least two days of clothes in the luggage section of the bag without needing to use vacuum sealed bags. The bag has a decent amount of padding. There are also straps that can be loosened to allow more stuff to fit. You can pull them tight to compress the size of the bag. You can carry this like a backpack or use the handle on the side to carry it like a gym bag. There are a lot of neat options with this bag. You can also place this bag over the handle of your regular luggage if needed. The backpack feels durable. It also looks nice and professional (work appropriate). I am really happy with this bag so far. The only improvement I wish it had was a strap to secure a laptop to prevent it from moving in the laptop pocket.
