A very comfy shiatsu back massager chair pad for my aching back after a long day of work
The massager chair pad comes with a velcro attachable pad for the neck and back, and a removable pad on the seat for adding height. It also has a velcro strap that goes around the chair that is used for securing the massager chair pad to your chair. The remote and AC power connector are both built in to the massager pad and cannot be removed. There is a side pocket on the right side of the seating pad for storing the remote. The cushioning of the seating pad and the pad for the back offer a comfortable seating experience. The back pad is also for those who find the shiatsu balls a little to intense and the pad acts as a buffer. I personally prefer to remove the back pad when using the massager and will attach it back when I am just seating on the chair pad, but will leave the neck pad attached. This is my third massager chair pad from this manufacturer. My parents and I really enjoyed their massager chair pad. Comparing this to their other models, I do prefer the reach of the shiatsu balls of the other models than this one. It is just a subjective matter. This model, the shiatsu balls reaches all the way down the hips where the tail bone ends, but they don’t reach all the way up to the back area close to the shoulder like the other models I used, which is a little disappointing for me, but the other models did reach that low, so it is a trade-off. The intensity of the shiatsu balls are very similar in strength and they feel great massaging up and down the back. Although the design of the remote is different from the other models, which they had the flat candy bar design, whereas this one is a fatter and rounded shape. However, all the functions and settings of heat, timer, vibration, spot, full back, upper back and lower back remain the same. The thing I do like about this massager chair pad over the other models that I used is the back pad and seat pad are much more comfortable to sit for longer period. It feels great as just a chair pad when not in use for massage. After a long day of work, this massager chair pad helps me a lot in relaxing while watching TV or just simply browsing on my iPad. I use it almost everyday to relax my aching back, since I do have previous back injury that causes periodic back pain. For the features that it has and the reasonable price that they sell it at, it is definitely a no-brainer to recommend this product to anyone looking for a massager chair pad for their office or home. There is definitely room for improvements, but they are very close to making the perfect massager chair pad for me.

Nicely made
Pretty decent massage for a $65 chair. I found that using the pads offered too much cushioning for my preference. If you are looking for a comfy massage then they’d be perfect. If you are needing to work out some bad knots the pads will have to come away from the chair. I found that it was strongest in the two sections that I’ve marked red. For me it doesn’t dig in enough in my lumbar area. It would be better for my needs of it could go a little higher to the back of the neck. I am 5’2 and 110 pounds. It stops hitting below the tops of my shoulders with the bottom cushion removed. The heat function is nice. It activates instantly and puts off a pretty good amount of heat. It is a little noisy if that is a concern for you, for me it’s not an issue. The bottom pad is vibration only, I use it on low, the other two settings are quite noisy. Also, as you can see in my video, the chair only does the spinning shiatsu massage, it does not have a spine rolling option. I show in the video how high and low the rollers go. Again, for a $65 chair it offers a pretty decent massage experience. To get all of the bells and whistles you’d have to pay much more. At this price point I feel like it is a pretty fair value. Aesthetically it is pleasing to the eye. The cushions are upholstered nicely, it doesn’t look bad when I leave it out on my recliner.

I put this massager on my favorite chair and it’s a perfect addition to relieve the tension in my back and massage the pain away. The shiatsu massage moves up and down your spine, while the heat and vibration helps me to relax. The spot feature is a great way to focus on a sore area that needs a little extra massage. You can use the heat, vibration, and massage all together, or select just to use the massage and/or the heat. It has a demo mode to give a quick run through of the massage, you can also select the intensity of the vibration and adjust the intensity of the massage by using the included cushions or adding additional cushioning. It’s the perfect size to fit in my chair, and also easy to tuck away when not in use.

Great and convenient!
I got this gift for my girlfriend to help alleviate her back pain. She absolutely loves the product. If you want an intense massage I recommend to take the pad off, the heat is perfect for her and not too hot. The one thing I’d like to recommend is to add different levels of speed for the massage like low to high. Super easy and convenient to move around the house to different areas. It’s also not too thick to where it’s hard to store so it’s really convenient to put away or take out.
