The only, and it's a minor negative; the shelves drip water, and retain droplets well after the shower is finished. The hose could be a foot longer. Fit and finish, and spray pattern variety are excellent. Maximum tightening of plumbing fittings with this one to avoid leaks. It comes with plumbers tape. So far so good. A nice value. Enjoy.TH

I like it. It's well made and has easy directions. It's also easy to adapt to different needs. I adjusted it to it's shortest length, and only installed one basket. It's perfect for our shower. The only thing I didn't care for was that the clear 'clip' to hold the bottom part firmly to the wall has an adhesive backing. I didn't want to stick something to my shower wall so I got a clear fastener that stays put with suction instead of adhesive.

This is a great buy. There is plenty of space for al my items, my boyfriends items, with extra space afterwards. The rubber part that grips the showerhead is strong, and this product has the sticky part to attach to the wall for extra stability, which I don't see in many shower organizers.
