This ball was ordered for my nephew to practice indoors this past weekend. He is on a youth soccer team and loves practicing any chance he gets. This past weekend was freezing temps in Louisiana so we stayed indoors and this ball was a great past time. While it does have way more bounce than a traditional soccer ball it still allowed for him to work on his footwork and control. It took a bit of getting used to especially when it rebounded but it was still fun and challenging for all of us. This foam ball is lightweight and made of durable foam and the best part is it is SAFE! Rest assured your house wont be destroyed during play. This ball wont scuff up furniture or break valuables. It hit a floor lamp during play and bounced right off. It is safe for little ones too! My niece is three and she got hit a few times with the ball and just laughed.
