UGLY Glasses But They Work

The frames are unattractive and do not fit well on my fat head, but the lenses are soothing to my eyes. Fortunately, I have no plans on wearing these except at home in front of the television and computer screens. I like the cute little blue light testing kit that comes with the box. That was a nice touch. They let us know that they are working. Update: I originally rated this as 4 stars, because I don't like the frames. However, the frames are well made and not flimsy. It is just that I wish they were larger and that there were more choices in styles. That goes with most of these glasses, so I guess my rating wasn't fair. I decided to bump up this review with 5 stars, because--while I haven't had these glasses long--they have been helping me fall asleep at night. I put these on to protect my eyes while I watching some videos on social media before bed and I didn't even get through the first video. I zonked out in minutes. I usually stay up for hours, trying to get my mind to settle so that I can fall asleep. Often I end up taking tryptophan, melatonin, magnesium, ashwaganda, gaba, or reishi mushroom powder to try to relax, so that I can go to sleep. Theses glasses worked better than all of those combined. I guess the blue light really is a problem for me. These glasses worked amazingly well over the last few days. They were well worth the money.

Helps With Bright Screens and Light Sensitivity

I bought these for dealing with bright white screens. I am working on my master’s degree, and I spend a lot of time reading, writing, researching, and working on a computer. By the end of the day, my eyes can get tired, and too much screen time can make it harder for me to wind down. These are especially useful when I have to deal with bright screens professionally, since most people do not use dark mode and I cannot always control the display settings. My eyes are light sensitive, and white backgrounds can get uncomfortable pretty quickly after a long day. These glasses help take the edge off. They reduce the harshness of bright screens, make long computer sessions more tolerable, and help with eye fatigue when I am stuck working under lighting or screen conditions I would not choose myself. They are comfortable enough to wear for longer stretches, and they do what I bought them to do. I have purchased many blue light blocking glasses, mostly cheap ones, but they were very poor quality glass and it affects your eyesight and overall brightness of the scene. This glasses is unlike cheaper ones, it does not darken your vision or scene, it has much better quality lens, and it blocked the blue light much better. I strongly suggest this one. DO not waste your money for cheaper versions, unless you value your eyesight.

Reduces migraines

These glasses have been a game changer for me. Since wearing them I have been able to avoid migraine headaches.
