As someone with multiple acronyms to describe issues with my back, I often have to take time off. I got some quick relief from this heated massage cushion during a recent flare up. The number of repeating built in programs with various vibrating points along the body is a great feature. The heat level has two settings and is good for my needs. It appears well made. It has 3 massage levels and can be set to a heavenly heavy one. I have another heated massaging pad and this one is much more comfortable to sit on/against. It did have a bit of a a plastic production scent. Leaving it sit out for a day got rid of it. It’s taller than the chair I am using it on. The inflatable head cushion hangs ends up hanging over the back of my chair. It’s not a big enough problem though to deduct any stars. Even with just the few times I’ve used it so far, it already feels like a solid deal at $59 (price at time of ordering).
