Perfect amount of light & works with smart plug
Delightful! This is a cute little lamp that provides more light than I expected. I set the lamp on top of a decorative wicker box, about the size of the cubes that facial tissues come in. This expands the pool of light provided by the lamp. Placed on the bedside table on the side of the bed where I sleep, it's plenty bright for me to read but not so bright that it is jarring in a bedroom setting. I do place one or two small decorative scarves over the top of the lamp to soften the light a bit. Not sure that's entirely safe though, so I'm not saying I recommend it. You have a choice of a warm light, a very cool light, and one that's in between. All three provide decent light. The lamp has a pull chain which works reliably. However, I purchased the lamp specifically to use with a Amazon smart plug, so that when I'm about to drift off into sleep I can tell Alexa to turn to off the light vs. doing it myself, which frequently brings me all the way back to wakefulness. For me, this really works. NOTE: If this has sparked your interest in using a smart plug to turn the lamp on and off, please be advised that unlike pull chain lamps like this one, touch lamps frequently do NOT work with smart plugs, which I learned the hard way.

Love this little lamp!
It is the exact size as noted in the example. The shade is white and sturdy. Chain hangs down just the right length to reach easily when in bed. Takes up little space. The bulb does have white, warm and dim. I love this little lamp! I got the black and white—it’s very attractive. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Might get some more!!

This is Terrific lamp. So many assets, plus it is attractive, very affordable and so easy to assemble and use. You can charge your phone at the ports, plug in other applicable items and three light uses. Would recommend and purchase again for another area of my home.
