If I could, I would have given this chocolate company ten stars as their customer service is outstanding. I was seeking a small box of vegan chocolates as an add on gift to include with a birthday present. As I am not a vegan myself, I did not realize how difficult it would be to find vegan chocolates presented in a box worthy of being given as a gift. After researching this company back to its humble roots in Germany, I was impressed with what appeared to be Fames' work ethic. When my order arrived, I discovered that the product was different from the one I had ordered. After contacting Fames, I received a prompt, gracious apology and a timely replacement being sent. Although I have not sampled these particular chocolates, the chocolate of the mistakenly sent product is excellent. I highly recommend Fames Chocolates.

Great Taste and Great Company a must order
Very good and tasty. Bought the small 4 pk first to sample. Was pleasantly impressed. Vegan products sometimes lose their taste and flavor. Not so with these chocolates. Decided to buy more for myself and friends for Valentine’s Day. But ordered late. Didn’t want to pay additional shipping costs to get in time so decided to order regular free shipping. SO surprised when they arrived day before Valentine’s Day. GREAT customer service which is not that common anymore.
