I was curious about these smart rings, but I was not going to shell out $400.00 for an Oura Ring. I also read there is a $6 subscription fee for their app ?? So based on reviews I got the silver Aichiken in size 9 & I can wear it on my index, middle & thumb. I know have used it 24 hrs. Let me say, it s good. First of all it comes in a little holding/charging case. This is how you charge it. It does not bring a charging cable for the case, so I used the cable from my IPhone 16 Pro. It does bring a charging cable to connect to the ring itself, but I did not use it. It has to be fully charged (takes under an hour) for you to pair to your phone via Bluetooth. Download the App. You can take your readings immediately and set it up as well for every 30 min, 60 min, etc. Battery life used in 24 hrs was 16% out of 100%. That is approx 6 days of battery life. Not bad. So play around with the app and set your preferences. This ring worked beautifully.

I was initially skeptical that this was a worthwhile investment; however, it has exceeded my expectations. It has motivated me to get up off my bum and move. The sleep tracker has been precise and has assisted me in reevaluating the amount of sleep I am receiving. Again, lam relocating, and l attribute a portion of this to the ring.

Great choice
Beautiful ring with great capabilities. Light weight and easy to wear. Only problem i had was my specific need for continuous oxygen monitoring. It checks heart rate and oxygen every 6 hours but I really wanted continuous. I never even tried so many other features. Great ring especially for the price.

Bought this for my husband and he really likes it. Wears it as his wedding band and uses it to track his steps and things like that. I think he charges it once a week at most
