Good, inexpensive ring
Why pay 300+? This works as designed. I find the ring falls off really easily if my hand is wet. So if I drop my hand in the shower or after washing my hands the ring is on the floor. But it seems to mostly be accurate. It does sleep tracking, heart rate and o2 levels well. The step counter, less so. But how can you accurately count steps from a ring? That by design is not going to work well. It has a stress tracker but it seems you have to activately tell it to measure that. It is not automatic. Cheap ring but it helps me to understand where I am with my heart rate and sleep which is my primary goal. Also it is not ugly. The app name is dumb. It would be great if makers of devices like this would have a standard API so you could use whatever app you wanted to.

I honestly wasn’t expecting to like this smart ring as much as I do. It looks like a normal ring, so it’s comfortable to wear every day, but it tracks way more than I expected! I’ve been using it to monitor my sleep, heart rate, stress levels, and steps, and the app has been really easy to understand. If you want something lightweight and less bulky than a smartwatch, this is a really nice option. It’s stylish, comfortable, and gives helpful health information without feeling complicated.
