Listen up! This case is legit! I regularly return items on Amazon because they're crappy, the quality was a second thought, or the pictures and description were totally misrepresentative of the actual product. I'm a designer. I can sense crap products from a mile away and I have high standards for the things I buy. So when I say BUY THIS CASE I mean it. BUY THIS CASE (the one for $39.99). I posted THREE questions about this case (pretty much just rephrasing the same question) on the Amazon Community before buying it, and I really took my time with making a decision. Even then I actually expected to be disappointed when it arrived, lol. BUT I'M NOT. This case is high quality, tough af, offers serious protection, is made of great materials, looks great, feels great, has a YKK zipper (trust me, you want a YKK zipper on everything that zips) and it FITS MY MAC PEEERFECTLY SNUGG (2020 Mac 13" M1 chip). I'm SO happy to get a great product in the mail! This is exactly what I was looking for. *wipes tear from eye* ...successful design is a beautiful thing.

Excellent hard case cover that fits wonderfully around my new iPad Air including the pencil which can remain attached for charging. This case has a plush soft interior and the zippers are in no way positioned to rub against the inside contents. Moreover, the interior grippy straps hold the magic keyboard perfectly and ed the case is designed to open and support the iPad screen making it fantastic for permanent daily use while inside the handled case because there is no off balanced rocking of the display when utilizing the touch screen. Really a perfect marriage for iPad Air users! Maximum protection, light but superbly durable, while having soft components where necessary. Top-quality design and made. Highly recommend!

Has been reliable and holding up well.
I have used mine for about a year and it has held up well. My job requires travel and it has been reliable. Still feels sturdy. It is a little roomy for my macbook air, but I can also include many important documents I need. Sort of like a compact briefcase. I like that it has the pocket inside--that part fits my macbook air nicely so that its doesn't slide around.

No, it’s not waterproof. Nothing that has a zipper can be waterproof. Nonetheless it’s very good protection with YKK zipper. The hard case is not exactly rigid case but hard enough to provide reasonable protection. I use it for my new iPad Air 13” WITHOUT keyboard which creates a little play inside the case but it’s minimal. I’m very pleased with it.
