Quality massage chair
The product is very quiet when it’s on. It makes for a peaceful massage. I love how smooth the rollers are on my neck and back. I’ve used other massage chairs that just seem to tear into your muscles, and aren’t very comfortable. But these rollers are great. The heat feels really nice and I appreciate the extra touch of having the neck rollers be adjustable so that it can accommodate my wife and I. I only wish the rollers went up into the shoulder area. It stops just shy of a good shoulder massage. I suppose I could slouch to get it to massage my shoulders though. But overall, this is a good quality product, and I’m pleased with the purchase.

Didn’t reach my lower back needs
This worked great for neck and upper back regions on me. I’m 5’5” and something my body didn’t fit with this unit to reach my lower back comfortably. I did try several different chairs. That aside, my husband who is 6’1” was able to comfortably use it due to the massaging nodes being adjustable. This is a great unit, you can lean into it and it feels like it reaches deeper tissue. It’s easy to set up and understand the remote. You can easily set it to stay in one spot and that’s wonderful. I do wish the heat was more intense. For the money, this is 100% worth it.

Love the quality!
This was a replacement both a very old back massager and a shiatsu neck massager that had just about had it. Received it today and boy I was in heaven. I could not believe how quiet it is. This incoroporates the neck massager so I only need one unit. I am a tiny woman so I need a pad to reach the neck area properly but I can still manage without it. Great massage, very comfortable and very quiet! After a stressful work day this truly was amazing!

Better than a massage chair!
This portable back and neck massager is so great. More powerful than most retail massage chairs, better settings, and the fact that it is portable and incredibly affordable makes this so much better than a 300 pound chair. And the heat effect is beyond fantastic. Wonderful product!
