Excellent Foot Rest! Portable, High-Quality! Turns any Home or Office into an Oasis!
Pros: - Delivery arrived on time.- The delivery arrived very well packaged, safe, and secure.- Virtually no setup was needed.- This product boasts very sturdy construction, and nice, high-quality, comfortable fabric throughout.- The heating and vibration capability is very high quality. - This foot rest is portable and fits virtually anywhere. It can be easily removed and relocated to nearly any other chair, floor, ottoman, coffee table, etc. in the home.- The built in electronic controls are reliable and provide numerous customized settings.- The wiring and cables throughout the foot-rest are also heavy-duty and designed to last. Cons: It is difficult to think of many disadvantages of this product; however: I wish there was an option for it to remain on for longer than 30 minutes or so, yet I also understand this is a safety feature. Regardless, sitting and working for long periods, it would be nice to at least have an option where 30 minutes or so could be extended. A truly "comfy" footrest that is just right
The best way to describe this footrest is "comfy." The foam is somehow both firm enough to feel substantial, yet soft enough to feel inviting and gentle. My feet sink into the foam just slightly, enough to soak up the heat and feel the gentle vibrations. I understand that this sort of massager is designed for under one's desk at work. Since I wear lace-up shoes, it isn't practical for me to take them off multiple times throughout the day. I'm always getting up from my desk and walking around. So I have been using this footrest at the recliner at day's end. I have another more serious foot massager (also a Snailax) and I love using that for more intense and focused massaging when my feet are really worn out. This footrest is gentler. It has a lovely amount of heat that doesn't roast my toes, instead warming them slowly and thoroughly. And the massage function really helps the heat relax my feet. It slowly and rather gently warms away fatigue and pain. I was initially surprised at the design, as the optional riser that lifts the footrest up higher (should you wish it to be higher) is also made of foam. But in usage it works just as designed and maintains its lightweight form factor while also having enough grip to keep from moving around on the luxury vinyl tile in my sitting room. Though I don't always feel the need for a more aggressive massage (like I get from my foot massager), when I return home I look forward to kicking off my shoes and resting my feet on this very comfy footrest that welcomes me back and tells me to rest a bit.

Good for those with poor circulation and joint instability :)
I have EDS (Ehlers-Dankos Syndrome, specifically the hypermobile type). With that being said, I have joint instability, POTS, and poor circulation in general. I cannot sit in one position for too long without leg support or changing positions constantly. If I do, I am bedridden for at least a few days and am in severe pain. So I decided to look into buying a quality foot rest and came across this. It finally arrived today, and I could not be happier. My legs are no longer in pain and I can tell I’ll be able to sit at my desk for more than an hour and not be bedridden by the end of it :). As for the quality of the fabric, it’s meh. It’s polyester, but on the cheaper side; it feels like plastic and isn’t very soft. But, that doesn’t really matter to me. The heating capability was what I was looking forward to second most. Since I have poor circulation, my feet tend to get icy cold. I’ve layered socks before and it has not helped. I’ve got the heat on for the footrest and oh my goodness, my feet aren’t numb. This is very much worth the money if you are in pain like me and find that sitting without support is unbearable.
