Will use for lap desk and art supplies
This organizer is actually bigger and heavier than I expected, especially after reading the reviews. It is very well made for the price and holds quite a lot of small stuff. It will be very useful and I would buy it again. My reason to get it is a little unusual. Due to illness, I am pretty much housebound. I started doing Diamond painting for therapy reasons, and it quickly became one of my main things to do. Unfortunately sitting with my legs down for periods of time is not great for me. So I ended up ordering a tillable lap desk to do my art on while sitting with my feet up. One of the problems was where to put the tools and beads without their sliding down all the time. First I looked for something big enough to hold the necessary equipment, yet small enough to fit in a small area on the desk. Also I needed something with storage areas for the various pens, wax, trays, and various containers of beads. This organizer fit those requirements. Then I needed a small drawer that could hold the little containers of beads so they wouldn’t roll off every time I moved. The drawer will hold quite a few especially if I have the drawer face sideways. It needed to be sturdy but not too heavy. Next was the issue on keeping it from sliding when the tray was tilted. Diamond painting tools selection includes a very sticky pad that I can stick to the desk and the set the organizer on it. And it will hold it in place most of the time. The desk was delayed in transit, but when it gets here in the next day or so, I will try to take and post photos of the whole set up. And each of the things mentioned is found on Amazon.

Good Value & Looks Nice
Does exactly what I need it to do: Hold ink pens, highlighter, large scissors, a couple of Sharpies, plus paperclips and more. The drawer moves easily. Good value, good quality, and looks nice and clean on the desk.
