I recommend mixing it with milk
The directions to this hot chocolate say to mix it either with hot water or milk. I definitely recommend mixing it with milk. It tastes so much better and full bodied with milk. Both my kids and I enjoy this Swiss Miss hot chocolate. I like that it’s a big box. There’s a lot of value for the money there. It’s very easy to prepare. I measure out how much milk I need for each cup, and heat it in a sauce pan on the stove. Normally, I would mix the hot chocolate here on the stove, but because the marshmallows are in the same packet, I mix it in the cup, to avoid melting the marshmallows. The sugar content isn’t too high. I don’t feel bad giving this to my kids as a sweet treat. For us, the ideal temperature is to get the milk warmed but not boiling hot. Overall, this is the same high quality hot chocolate I’ve come to expect from Swiss Miss.
