It's like a rustic tea...
I bought this because I have been having IBS issues and heard that it could be good for the gut and also a good coffee replacement, which is something I wanted. I only tried the French Roast before I found out that it naturally has inulin, which is a high FODMAP sweetener not allowed on my diet. But I liked the flavor. Its was nowhere near as full bodied as coffee, but did have a hint of coffee, more like a rustic tea. I could have kept using it except for the gut pain. My husband has taken over my stash, adding it to his decaf and he likes it, no matter the flavor.

I am trying this product to replace coffee, hence the sample pack. So far, it is good. It is easy to make and tastes good. So far, I like the French Roast the best as it has a nice aroma and tastes the closest to coffee. I haven't finished all the samples yet, but try this if you are looking to replace coffee.
