BEAUTIFUL frame! Flimsy box used for packaging.
This frame is breathtaking. The picture does not show the fine details. I am SO happy with this frame and the engraving. However, I do have one problem. And that is with the packaging. The frame itself is in a nicely fitted box. But it was sent in this huge flimsy box that was all banged up. Ok, I am taking about an $80.00 frame here. Over $100.00 out the door. I have received much cheaper items that came in a sturdy box. Better quality boxes should be used even of you have to raise the price. I can’t even imagine how I’d feel if it got damaged. .

My first time ordering things remember. The engraved wedding frame, was more beautiful than the picture. I’m so glad I got it for our employee who’s getting married. I will definitely be buying again from this company.
