Customer reviews

This watch is amazing
Context. I am a guy who loves tech, I have always had a smart watch from when they first came out, and when there weren't smart watches, I had the smartest watch you can get, for the longest time I had a Casio Calculator watch, after that I had the Microsoft Band, the Fitbit Blaze, and then 2 generations of the Apple watch. I recently wanted to fix my old watch (Guess U18507G2) I never really wear it, only for special occasions, but its been broken for years. I fixed it because I was tired of it not working, just a battery, and ever since I've been interested in analog watches, so I kept wearing it. It is on the larger side and heavier side so it was a little unwieldy and I wanted to look for something lighter and found the Timex Weekender, I was infatuated with that watch and was going to buy it until I found this one. I received this watch a few days ago, and I haven't taken it off since. It's a thing of beauty and once it is set, it is deadly accurate. I love the fact that it has the analog clock, a 24-hour clock, the day, and date, and it makes it look like a chronograph instead of having a hole bunch of windows and a GMT hand that you can't change, I learned this watch type is called a "multi-function". I've heard reviews that say that this watch is on the louder side of wrist watches, I have to disagree with that assessment, I have heard many watches and clocks and its is not loud at all. Yesterday, I decided to wear my Apple Watch for a while and was so disappointed. I didn't realize it but I really didn't miss the notifications on my wrist as well as on my phone, so when I had my apple watch on I started getting all the bings, bongs, and vibrations and I was two seconds away from throwing it against the wall. I've had this watch on since and I'm not looking back. This is my origin story when it comes to being a watch enthusiast lol. cons: There is no backlight and the lume on the hands doesn't last long at all and can't be charged by artificial light, has to be UV light.

GREAT WATCH FOR A GREAT PRICE!
I don't tend to believe in the whole, expensive means more desirable, or whatever shenanigans you can get into with watches. But just to have a nice looking watch that you can enjoy looking at without worrying about your wallet, that's what I really enjoy. The quality of the leather is soft and flexible, stylish and fits with the watch itself, I really love the colors of mine the blue and gold with silver edge. The thickness is rather subtle, I've had a digital watch before and that was noticeably wider with a more catchable profile on my wrist. The readability of the watch is rather decent, I enjoy the minimalist sort of design having only a few numbers as roman numerals rather than all, and the three smaller watches keeping track of days in a month, week, and the 24 hours of a day are especially nice. I will say, the best part of this watch is that it is fairly water resistant, and I can know that washing the dishes in a deep sink won't ruin or destroy the watch, because it keeps it pretty water-tight, however, i don't know how it fairs in swimming or bathing or such.

Great watch, amazing price
Solid piece for a great price. It’s eye catching but not too flashy. Looks very stylish but also with a hint of vintage appeal. I wear it atleast once a week in rotation with other watches. No issues and holds up very well. No issues since I’ve gotten it and loved the style so much that I went back and bought the white and gold faced timex too.

Good watch, worth the purchase
My $10 watch finally died after years of trouble free service. I ordered not one but 2 different ones to replace it and they were both defective. I ordered this one because of Timex’ reputation, the large watch face, no day/date functions, and I liked the looks. All for less than $60. It has been working faultlessly since I purchased it.
