Love the unapologetic manufacturer!
First and foremost, the laptop stand manufacturer's statement is refreshing to read because they do not apologize for how difficult the item is to adjust and that's because it's well built and it does require some elbow grease to maneuver. I don't want companies to keep compromising potential value in their designs just because the general public's trend of cancel culture and Karen's complaints. Stay true to your values and don't compromise! As for the product itself, it's a strong and sturdy laptop stand. It is rigid and tough, you do feel it actually has genuine quality in the design of it. Price point is also on par, and I can't say that I would expect this kind of quality at a lower cost, I just don't think that's possible. I think it holds the laptop well, it moves well side to side, but of course it does take some arm strength to fold it or unfold it, which again, is totally fine and it reminds you each time that it's a quality product. I don't want a laptop stand that easily folds down or unfolds, because that means it will wear out much quicker. I use this daily for my job, I'm a therapist, so for my video calls it has greatly improved my posture and I do have a standing desk, which had come to bother me because of how my arms would sit on my desk before I had the laptop stand. Now my arms relax more naturally because the stand allows my laptop (macbook pro) to be more at eye level while I can rest my elbows at a 90 degree angle on the desk. Aside from all of the positive qualities about it (sturdy, quality built, good weight, does the job, completely truthful in the advertising of the product), there is just one very small and subjective criticism I have about it, and that's the rolled up edges that physically hold the laptop in place from sliding down and off the stand. The only issue I have with the rolled edges is that while it's nicely curved and does hold the laptop in a solid position, it's not very functional if you have to type on the laptop while it's in the stand, and that's because the high lip of that curved edge is a lot higher than my laptop's thickness, so where I put my wrist to use my mousepad or just rest to type, that curved edge protrudes into my wrist making it slightly uncomfortable for me. Again, it's a subjective criticism because other laptops are much thicker and those users wouldn't have as much protrusion, but because my laptop is a macbook pro, it's very thin and the edges protrude about a half inch. So if there was an option to full roll those edges to where it can still hold the majority of laptops but the sharpness of the rolled edges were softened, then I'd be SOL of complaints, because other than that, I really can't say anything bad about the product. Lastly, because it got me a little weary of it before I bought it, the clicking sound for the stand when you swivel it left and right is NOT very loud, it's much louder in the video and that was actually one thing that was going to push me to buy another laptop stand, but I took the risk and it was fine, it's really loud on the video demonstrations of the stand, so I'm not sure if that's a mic thing or whatever, but IRL, it's not bad.

After buying 4 laptop stands, I found the one
This is the 4th laptop stand I've bought in the last 2 days with the goal of finding the perfect one. The first one I ordered wasn't adjustable enough, the second was adjustable but not tall enough, the third was tall enough but it shook like crazy when using it, and the fourth was this one. If you're overwhelmed with all of the laptop stand options on amazon, I'm here to tell you that you no longer need to look. First, the stand arrives ALREADY built. You don't need to put anything together, which even though it only takes a few seconds, was annoying when I was trying so many different stands. Second, it is very compact and sleek. It fits pre-assembled in a small box, and given how much functionality it has, I was surprised. Third, its height is perfect. It gets VERY tall, taller than any other stand I bought, and again, this is impressive given how compact it is. Not only tall, but it is insanely sturdy. It does not move at all when in use. My desk itself is a bit wobbly, but when I use this on a sturdy desk, there is no movement whatsoever even when at the maximum height. It is hard to adjust, but that's a good thing. You can rest your weight on it with your arms as you type and it won't move, so it is very comfortable. Finally, I originally did not really care for the spin feature when looking for a laptop stand. I went with this one anyway but thought that the swivel might annoy me. The swivel is like the best thing ever. When I'm sitting and want to change posture and change my head angle, I can do so without having to move the entire base, you just slightly spin it to whatever angle you're at. It won't just be accidentally spinning all over the place while you're typing and using it, it will only spin when you deliberately do it yourself. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Excellent laptop stand
This is my first time buying a laptop stand and I chose this one due to its telescopic feature – less for the height and more for bringing the screen closer to me so I can see it better. I haven't had it long, but so far I am enjoying using it. The stand is heavy and seems sturdy. The hinges are really stiff which is nice once you get it in the position that you want though, it wobbles a bit when typing on the laptop keyboard. I'm using the stand on my desk and have a mechanical keyboard and mouse hooked up to my laptop so that's not a problem for me. I also like how the stand rotates. The stand does make a clicking noise when it is rotated but it's not particularly loud. I purchased it in black and the finish on the stand is nice. There are silicone pads on the stand to protect the laptop when it is on the stand which is nice. The stand also comes with a couple of extra screws and a hex wrench to adjust the stand if any screws become loose, which is nice. Overall, I'm really pleased with it so far and it's made using my laptop at my desk far more enjoyable since the screen is now at eye level.

Great product! So much better than it needs to be! Highly recommend! Buy it!
Marvelous! Works well! Very sturdy, the base rotates, the height adjusts a lot and remains sturdy even at its highest, it comfortably holds my 15.6" laptop without any shaking. I have it on my wonderful new treadmill (HCCSport treadmill with built in desk/table). I can read kindle books on my laptop monitor while I walk on the treadmill - with no shakiness/vibration of the Tounee telescopic laptop stand and no sense that it might tip or that the laptop might slip off. Great design! Looks great too! I spent a lot of time searching for a laptop stand for my treadmill and am thrilled with this! Highly recommend!!!
