Very useful purchase!
I purchased this for two reasons: 1) to get steps in when I don’t feel like leaving my house, and 2) so I could get cardio done at home while prepping for a bodybuilding competition. The first reason is fairly general and this pad works well for leisure walking. The second reason was a lifesaver, as I had two cardio sessions a day and needed my heart rate to be at/above a certain number. I was initially worried that the pad wouldn’t get me there since it’s not quite the same as a treadmill at the gym. But after some research and talking to other pad owners, I settled on this one and am so happy I did. It did the job. My pad is under an elevator desk. My desk has a horizontal metal bar at the bottom that makes it hard to get the walking pad up close to the desk (it also gets in the way of the plug), but it’s close enough. Not sure how I would like using the pad if I didn’t have a space to put my computer, phone, water bottle or towel while using it. I was also a bit nervous about making this purchase in case the pad didn’t work for me, and how I would return it. Customer service was really helpful and said I could return it with free pickup for 30 days. Lastly, I live in a condo building and have a downstairs neighbor who tends to complain about upstairs noise. At the suggestion of the condo building manager, I put a pad under the walking pad. The pad was originally used under a bike trainer. Also, my walking pad is on an area rug and there have not been any issues. My only piece of feedback is that the instructions for greasing the pad were a bit confusing. But I emailed to join the VIP program and they sent a video that was much clearer. If you’re looking for a walking pad that’s easy to use with automatic incline, I highly recommend this one.

I use this under my standing desk on my work from home days. I set it to highest incline (12%/level 9) and about 3.2-3.4 mph walking speed for 30 minutes, which is a great zone 2/recovery workout! It is quiet and set up was super simple out of the box. As a walking pad only, it's easy to store against the wall or under the couch/in a closet.
