I went back and forth between a few other sets, but once I came across the Tramontina Signature Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel collection, I knew I had to try them - and I’m so glad I did. One of the first things I loved was that the stainless steel tops matched perfectly with the pots and pans. The overall look is sleek and high-end, and the quality really shows when cooking. The food tastes so much better - everything comes out juicier and more flavorful, and I couldn’t believe the difference compared to my old cookware. They heat up super fast and evenly, which makes cooking a lot easier. I also love that the sizes are perfect - exactly what I needed for everyday meals and meal prep recipes. We have been using this set for one year. We have had no issues with any of the pans. Food cooks evenly on our glass top electric range. There is a little learning curve to cook with stainless but plenty of tips online. The handles are comfortable and stay cool to the touch. They are just the right thickness and have a nice heavy feel. The covers are not glass, but fit well. Clean-up has been easy. Any staining cleans easily with a non-abrasive cleaner. The bottom that contacts the stove has darkened some on the 10 inch skillet, but the sides and inside of all are still shiny . We purchased the 12 inch skillet separately. They were made in Brazil, not China. A good set of pots and pans for the money.

Love this set. I tried the far more expensive all-clad and both my spouse and I hated the handles. It was fun reading all the mental gymnastics online trying to convince you the handles are ok. This tramontina set is the real deal. I so enjoy cooking with these. The pans are all the right size. The way the stainless steel lids are inset you don't get a lot of steam escaping so I can set the induction cooktop on low and still have efficient cooking. I don't see myself EVER replacing these. I bought the 12 piece set with stainless steel lids and added a 12 inch skillet and it handles ALL my cooking needs.
