Customer reviews

Made my desk setup way cleaner
I picked this under desk cable tray up because my setup was getting out of control, and it honestly made a huge difference right away. The installation was super easy. I didn’t have to drill anything, and the clamp system just tightened onto the desk in a couple minutes. I did it by myself without any hassle, and it felt secure once everything was in place. The mounting feels solid. Once it’s clamped down, it doesn’t move around or shift, even with a decent amount of weight from power strips and cables. The build quality is better than expected. The metal mesh feels sturdy and holds everything without bending, even when I loaded it up with a surge protector and multiple adapters. The thickness is just right. It’s not bulky or in the way under the desk, but still deep enough to hold a good amount of cables and accessories. The cable management is a huge upgrade. Everything is off the floor now, and I don’t have to deal with tangled cords anymore when vacuuming or moving things around. It really helps keep things tangle-free, especially if you’re running multiple monitors or a PC setup. I was able to tuck away all the extra cable slack and it looks way cleaner. There’s no adhesive involved, which I actually prefer. The clamp design works better and doesn’t risk damaging the desk or leaving residue. The ease of use overall is great. Once it’s installed, adding or removing cables is simple, and the open design makes it easy to reach in when needed. Only small thing is space can get a little tight if you have a really bulky power strip, but it still works with a bit of rearranging. For the price, the value for money is excellent. It’s one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference in how your setup looks and feels. Overall, this is a simple but really effective solution for cleaning up desk cables and making your workspace look a lot more organized.

It’s very good for storing those cables on your desk setup
The specific cable management tray under review, often a simple, powder-coated steel mesh basket, excels in basic functionality and durability. Its all-metal construction provides substantial sturdiness, easily handling the weight of numerous power bricks, surge protectors, and thick bundles of Ethernet and power cables without any noticeable sag. Installation, however, can be the most time-consuming step. While the included screws and drilling template make mounting secure, maneuvering under a desk to precisely mark and drill holes requires patience, particularly for single-person installation. Once securely fastened, the open-mesh design is a clear advantage, preventing heat buildup and providing flexibility for cable entry and exit points, allowing for organized routing without forcing sharp bends. Where this tray truly shines is in its transformative effect on the workspace aesthetic and safety. By lifting the tangled mess of wires off the floor and securing them out of sight beneath the desk, it instantly clears up visual clutter and eliminates trip hazards. The generous depth and length of the tray accommodated all major desk cables—including two monitor power supplies and a complex docking station setup—with room to spare. Although some users might prefer a solid plastic trough for complete wire concealment, the open mesh proved superior for accessibility, allowing quick removal or addition of a cable without needing to disassemble the entire setup. Overall, this tray is an essential and highly effective component for anyone serious about achieving a clean, professional, and organized desk environment.

Excellent product, solid contrucction
Excellent product, both in its construction and its utility. If you need to manage your setup cables, I totally recommend it. Excellent in every sense; it fit my desk very well and was very easy to install. Its construction is solid, made of good materials, and it looks durable. It's a medium size, enough to include a power strip and a 'cable hell' of connections. Totally recommended with a discount—at full price it's a bit expensive, but it's completely worth it. The shipping also arrived on time, and it comes with some velcro ties to manage the cables.
