Beautiful set. They are porcelain and on the thinner/lighter side. I would be careful placing them in dishwasher as I am concerned heat could affect the colors. I will be handwashing. I got them at a wonderful price, may order the coffee cups to match.

I haven’t used them yet, but they are so beautiful. The colors are so vibrant. The plates are nice and heavy. The bowls are heavy. They don’t feel inexpensive. I’m hoping they hold up to dishwasher and microwave like it says.
