I am 268 lbs 73 years old. My knees are shot. This item is sturdy and solid. I am able to kneel to work on equipment and able to use the side rails to get back up. By turning it over it is a great seat. Compact and light to transport when folded. The pockets that come with it are a useful extra as a tools caddy.
