Versatile Shiatsu Neck and Back Massage Cushion with Heat
The unit was package well. Unpacking I immediately noticed how well made the unit appeared. First use I was very disappointed because I had not read the directions carefully. First use shiatsu rollers for the neck were in the upper part of my back see first picture. Although it felt good and it was doing an amazing job it wasn't massaging my neck. So, I was thinking this thinking why is it advertised as the Shiatsu Neck and Back Massage Cushion with Heat? Well I sat down and carefully read the instructions and learned that the neck shiatsu rollers height could be adjusted, see second picture. The first picture shows the lowest height adjustment and the second picture shows the top height, notice the difference in height, the height adjustment is really nice for two primary reasons. First it makes the device suitable for people of various heights. Second it allows the versatility to target areas of your neck to the upper back. One thing I noticed immediately was that the back shiatsu rollers go all the way down to the sacrum, so literally your hold back gets a nice massage. The change in intensity is subtle, overall the intensity effective, the massage is not to deep or shallow, it is just right, bonus included are a pad for the seat and a pad for the back to lessen the intensity if needed or add height to the seat. The heat feature is on point, it is not really hot but you can definitely feel the heat. The vibration of the seat is nice feature to some simulation of massage to the gluteal(butt) muscles. It is nice to have the strap to secure the top portion, it would be nice to have a strap or something under the seat to keep it from sliding. Overall the TheraZzagge is a very good chair massager, I would definitely recommend it.

Great quality and value for a therapeutic massage!
I am in my 70's. Over the years I had purchased 2 massage chairs mainly for the Shiatsu massage. They were very expensive, took up a lot of space and were not comfortable to use as a recliner when not using the massage feature. When they no longer worked they were extremely heavy and awkward to dispose of. Before buying another one I decided to try a massage pad like this one and found them to be much less expensive and more versatile. They have the same powerful Shiatsu kneading massage as the expensive massage recliners. I've used massage chair pads from different companies in the past and I really prefer some of the features of this Therazzagge massager. This chair pad is a velour like material of excellent quality that's more comfortable, nicer looking and no doubt longer wearing than the vinyl pads that have a thinner mesh material covering the rollers. The neck massager has a removable cover of a silky material. This Shiatsu chair pad is sturdier and stays in place in the chair even without using the straps to tie it to the chair. This neck massager is adjustable and has a longer range up and down so it will work for individuals of various heights. This massage chair pad comes with an additional optional back and seat cushion. The seat cushion can be used to further adjust the placement of the neck and back Shiatsu kneading rollers and the back pad can be used for a less intense massage. A well made and versatile massage chair pad with many options for a relaxing therapeutic massage. I recommend it as a better option than spending a fortune on a bulky massage chair.

FAST RELAXING PAIN RELIEF!
I will start by saying wow and thank you! I deal with back pain on a daily basis and this heated massage chair pad is the answer for fast pain relief and relaxation. This chair pad has several different options for a vibrating massage. You can select from 3 different intensities as well. It has an auto-off timer which allows you to select from 30; 60 or 90 minutes. I find this as an added bonus because there are times when I just want to sit and enjoy the relaxing heat and massage for more than 30 minutes without needing to turn it back on. On cold, wintry days I can just use the heat function without the vibrating massages, another added bonus for sure! The adapter wire is approximately 6 ft long which is a nice feature as well because it has sufficient reach from an outlet. It fits well on my oversized desk chair with straps to hold it in place. I can also place it on my oversized chenille recliner and it stays in place. And when I travel, I can easily fold it up and take it with me. It’s a win, win for me and I look forward to using this massage chair pad every day!

A+ Chair Pad Neck and Back Massager
I am so impressed by this massage unit. I had been using a massage chair pad by a different company for many years. It lasted a long time but it was no comparison to this one. When the old one broke I bought another unit also made by another company which cost more than twice the amount of this one. I ended up returning it because the back massage heads would actually hit my vertabrae and cause pain. This one is precise and targets the muscles along my spine perfectly with just the right amount of pressure. I also love the height adjustment for the neck massagers. The remote is simple to use yet very functional for all my needs including spot treatment as well as neck and back heated massage. Build quality seems great and I'm looking forward to many years of use. I actually look forward to using it! I highly recommend this massager especially for the price!!
